The clerk didn't know how to split the payment between cash and a gift card . We had to wait on a manager to xome and help so by the time we paid and then went to spend money at the concession areas that was about 30 min into the movie

The ordering food to your seat process is a little strange. You have to order on your phone, but our food never arrived. They were kind and gave us a refund after the movie. Other people received their food around us, so perhaps the theater was just overwhelmed/busy. Overall, a solid movie theater experience.
