Excellent comedy club. Food and cocktails are pretty good though a bit pricey. That being said, tickets are reasonable and food goes towards supporting the club.

Great venue, great service, huge selection of food and drinks. The mini doughnuts are where it's at. It was as close to a perfect evening as you can get. Walked away feeling like I got exactly what I paid for and I would go again any time.

Great venue and Bobby Lee's set on Saturday night for the 9PM show was as tight a stand up routine as I've ever seen. I laughed until it hurt!
The venue is conveniently located, has a TON of ample parking, is clean and well-staffed.
As for the one star deduction? You've just got to figure out a better way to do things with the forced two item minimum and the closing of tabs. I get that the two item minimum ensures profitability for the club so it can continue to host top notch talent. Not my favorite, but I get it. I'd prefer that there was a way to pay a few bucks extra and opt out of the forced minimum or maybe add swag to the menu that would qualify as an "item". This could be anything from shirts to magnets, cups, bumper stickers, etc.
The bigger issue is the last call/closing of tabs. The way you currently do this, it takes place during the absolute peak of the headlining comic's set! Your paying customers are literally trying focus on a person telling jokes on stage while wait staff walks all around talking to each group of people getting last orders and/or closing them out. The guy working our section had a deep voice and it was pretty distracting when you're trying to listen. I wound up missing a couple of punchlines during this time, but not a huge deal yet it seems there has to be a better way of doing this that doesn't detract from the talent. That would be my only gripe(s) about Milwaukee Improv. Everything else was perfect.
