The venue is intimate. The entertainment was excellent. The service was mediocre and the food was horrible. I would go again and have my minimum overpriced required drink and not order any food.

It's a very nice, intimate space. Great for a date night. The service is on point, although their food and drinks are a bit overpriced. That's typical nowadays. Other than that, I definitely recommend.

The comics are good. The seating is terrible. Every-time I’ve been there I get seated facing the aisle where everyone walks. There’s almost no space so you have to sit uncomfortably and you can’t order food unless you want to eat in your lap. Terrible set up. Way too many people packed in to a room that’s poorly designed. If you want to pay (ticket price + 2 drink minimum) to get bumped into constantly it’s the place for you.

Drove to this Improv from Chicago to see Aries Spears. Great show. It was the 9pm show on Saturday night so it was his last show of the weekend. He did look tired but he did not disappoint. This venue is great. It is much better than the one close to Chicago in Schaumburg. Not a bad seat in the house. It was sold out so service was a little slow. They forgot to bring out our drinks so we had to wait for that. But our waitress did not disappoint hooked up 2 complimentary drinks and also gave us 4 passes to a future show of our choice. Great time at a Great venue will be back.

As someone that’s been to 80+ comedy shows from small, local open mics to Fiserv... I can tell you, go to any other comedy venue. The extra 20 minutes to Milwaukee is worth it.
What’s a shame is that the servers/staff were nice, the venue itself is cool with a booth and table layout. Intimate without feeling small.. that’s where the pros stop.
No where on the ticket does it say 2 item minimum. Cheapest food item was $10 French fries. Food/Drink are to be ordered through a QR code leading to confusion and more trips to and from the tables for the servers in a busy crowd.
The table next to us didn’t order through the QR code but from a server directly, and they were served minutes before the comedian was done with their set (1 hour after ordering). When we left they were still eating their food while servers were apologizing - to me that’s a management problem, not the severs, I felt bad for the servers when clearly it’s a management issue.
Cocktails were expensive and overly sugary, beer choices were meh.
We got fried pickles served to us in a literal bowl of grease and somehow they were barely warm? The 3 tiny pretzels at $15 were still frozen in some areas when we were served them. Kitchen was backed up, understandably, so we didn’t get served until most of the way through the comedians set. No way to get a servers attention during the middle of a stand up act to right the barely warmed frozen food we were served.
This is venue could really be something if they got their food and drink correct, and actually got some good comedians to perform - sorry but even C and D list comedians aren’t worth the ticket prices AND the 2 item min with how pricey everything is.
