I called the theatre and the lovely lady I talked to said- no problem go to your email click cancel and just rebook. NOPE not that easy. Only refundable up to 30 minutes before the show. Do you not realize that we are human and mistakes are made sometimes? I am even willing to pay the Monday price on Tuesday. Nope. No type of customer service, nothing. This is why people are fleeing from the theatres. Forget the high prices- the terrible customer service is why! Absolutely disappointed in company.
- CEChristine EricksonNov 17, 20254.0Staff is friendly, restroom, concession area, and theater kept neat and clean. Sometimes the theater is warm and sometimes it is chilly so I bring a lap blanket. I purchased a large popcorn refill bucket that has bucket refills for $5 - an excellent deal. Wish there were other choices for snacks like chicken tenders or even hot roller items like Kwik Trip. Wish there was flavored Lifewater as a non carbonated, low/no sugar option. Diab tics can only choose diet soda or plain water. I go to the movies often and live the reclining chairs, although some a very squeaky and could be oiled.
