  The new chairs are uncomfortable and don’t recline back so it hurts my back, and now apparently you have to buy an XL popcorn to get a refill? Something new I guess. I will be going to Regal from here on out.

  Have to agree with the review Mona left on the new seating style. The trays are uncomfortable and i loved the older seating style for taking the family littles with me. Went a few weeks ago to see Hopper. the whole movie i was uncomfortable as i couldn’t sit crossed legged anymore to help with back support. Disappointed for sure

  Bring back the old seats! I just watched Project Hail Mary, and my lower back was hurting the entire time. The seats feel much smaller than before and don’t recline enough to actually relax during the movie. The desk feature is a nice touch—it’s convenient for holding things like your wallet, keys, and phone—but overall, the seating change really takes away from the experience. I’ve been a longtime fan of Cinemark, but unfortunately, if this is the new standard, I may have to start looking for a different theater.

  First time here and got tickets online. Cinema just replaced all of their seating and seat numbers, so if you buy online you may have an issue. Explained that the online seating had not been updated yet and our numbered seats (the area front of the ascending seating but behind the front screen seating) were removed. Fortunately, the staff here was so great and accommodating and placed us in seats that were not assigned. The new seats are nice and comfy and recline for a better movie experience. The cinema is very cleaned and well kept and so are the bathrooms! Always a plus. This place was closer than we expected so we look forward to another future date night. Maybe we will try the local cuisine. So many restaurants to pick from. 👍🏽😁👍🏽

  I haven't left a review positive or negative u til now. We've been going there for many years. However, recently they are changing their seats.. I'm not particularly happy with these seats. I feel like a child at school.. feels like a desk chair.. better yet, I work for an airline that feels like row 6 where the tray table is all in your business. There's no arm room. It's not comfortable like it used to be the sofa style. Was family oriented kids considered ok in your lap. There was enough room for the kid to sit with you or kids sit together. It just felt more family before. Now It just feels like a bunch of divided seats or better yet a bunch of divided desks. They're not as big. My son is 6'7 and 350 lb. He no longer fits in a seat and which before the seats were wide and even one of the kids could sit in his lap. Now he doesn't even fit in a seat so there's my review and this is as of March 9th. 2026 they have new seats. Be advised they're not the same. They're good for somebody but not me. Ive avarege wright and 5ft 10. Tge seat fits me physically fine. The lack of armrest and feeling like I'm sitting too close to the next person.. and the word tray table. Either it's in or it's out and if it's out it's in people's way and they can't walk down the aisle. If it's in then it's in my way and I don't like it. I should have took a picture, however that time has passed. I'll have to look for a new place to go to the movies cuz I no longer want to go there.. and we're talking. I usually take six to seven people at a time. Take all the nieces and nephews but that won't be happening anymore. And just so happens it was just three of us today. Thankfully. No like I said the seats are good for somebody. Probably more for the kids. They can put their soda in front of them and put their treats in front of them. But at the same time the tray is too far that it probably is more hassle for them to reach and make more of a mess to try to get it to their bodies. But again I don't know. I just know it's not for me. Not we'll mention I have had the best service from the staff here every single time. I've never had any issues with the employees. They are the nicest employees I have ever encountered at a movie theater. I kid you not. They have went above and beyond every single time that is worth mentioning cuz they are absolutely the top of any movie theater I've been to. I can't stress that enough.
