My experience at the Climate Pledge Arena was pretty bad. Due to lack of signage and poorly organized lines, we had to stand in line twice because it was unclear which lines had x-ray and which lines did not. It was raining and so this was pretty unideal. This 40 minute delay getting into the venue meant we could not see some of the opening acts. Secondly, we had purchased nosebleed seats and because the stairs were not well-lit or colored to have contrast, my friend tripped and fell injuring himself. Thankfully, there were EMTs on site who were able to ensure he did not have a fracture and give him ice and pain medications, but it would have been easy for them to just paint the steps with contrast so this wouldn't have happened. All in all, we enjoyed the show but compared to similar sized arenas (Chase, and Golden One) this was by far the worst stadium venue I've ever visited. There is some stadium equipment that is mounted from the top of the venue that would have probably obscured the view for the people at the very top of the nosebleeds which I thought was also unideal. All in all, the venue could have done a much better job with crowd control (they should absolutely paint lines on the ground outside so that people know where to line up) and stair safety.

My experiences at Climate Pledge Arena have all been good. At the last visit, we "upgraded" our seats to the Amex Club. These seats were steep. So steep, in fact, that one person in our party had a panic attack. Upon talking to guest services, they were able to change our seats to something on the floor of a sold out show. While it was a bummer that the original seats were not what we had expected at all, they were very kind in helping remedy the problem. As I said before, all of my experiences at this venue have been positive.

One of the best indoor stadiums in the US that I have been to. It's very modern, neat and well connected. Onsite Parking is expensive but you can park in downtown (some Amazon garages are free on the weekends and after work hours) and walk here (~20 mins) or you can take the monorail (free with Kraken tickets). It is in the same complex as the Space Needle. I watched NCAA basketball and NHL games and loved the experience.
Food is a little expensive, and there are plenty of options. If you have time, walk around the arena and go to the garden wall towards the lower sections.

Climate Pledge Arena is located in Seattle. This Arena is fairly new and designed for sports events and concerts. I went to the Who concert here. There is plenty of parking at structures adjacent to the Arena itself. The mass transit system can also get you near to the Arena. I parked in the arena parking garage located right across the street from the arena. Once inside the arena, walking to your seating seems like it should be easy but it is a little difficult and confusing, especially for a disabled person needing elevators. So be prepared for plenty of walking to get anywhere inside. Bars seem to be placed around in certain areas of sections. Most food vendors are placed on the lowest part of the arena and are grouped together. They offer a good variety of food choices, but are quite expensive. Food vendors on upper floors don't have many choices beside pizza. My seats were on the highest floor and the Ballard's pizza place near us was overpriced and the slices were the greasiest pizza slices I've ever had! But at least the beers and ciders were cold. My seats were pretty far up in the "nosebleed " sections. The stairs to get there were narrow and very steep, keep that in mind if you have a fear of heights or use a cane. The seats up there are very narrow with only a couple inches between your knees and the row in front of you. Letting people by you once you're seated means standing up carefully and leaning a little backward for the person to squeeze past you, so much so that most people stayed seated for the entire concert. We were completely opposite the stage, so the stage did appear small but with big video boards above, left and right of the stage. Those boards really helped to see the performers. The sound system was incredible with no distortion but extremely loud as it is a foofed building, so bring concert ear protection to fully appreciate the concert without damaging your hearing (I forgot mine and my ears rang for almost a week!). If you can get a seat in one of the lower levels where the seats and rows are wider and not as steep, you might have a better time. Overall it was a good experience despite the not so great food and concert vendor booths only near the main entrance on the ground floor. UPDATE: Went recently to see a comedy show and sat down in the lower bowl in section 21 row D seat 1, which is the 2nd row up from the floor seating. These seats were much wider than the nosebleed seats as well as wider aisles, more legroom, and less steepness of the steps. View of stage was very good down here and reasonably close.

I go to A LOT of concerts and Climate Pledge and overall have an alright experience… But the lack of communication and professionalism during the Lorde show is unacceptable.
First of all, none of the workers knew the actual bag policy and everyone I asked told me something different.
Secondly, I had GA pit and we got in and rushed to the floor only to be told to go to another entrance, went to that entrance only to be told we needed to get out wristbands on the lower floors, and at this point people are already in the pit on barricade and we’re all pissed none of this was communicated and we all just had to figure it out on our own.
Lastly, when the show was over we were trapped in the pit and security wouldn’t let us leave because “she was coming back through the crowd” NO SHE WASN’T. So we were all trapped in the pit for a good 5 minutes while the rest of the arena were gladly clearing out. It just seemed poor communication to the workers from upper management that needs to be worked on.
