When we arrived, a staff member stopped us at the entrance and told us we could not bring our tea inside. Instead of offering any reasonable solution, we were pressured to either finish the drink immediately or throw it away because that's the only two options the staff gave to us. We were stressed and caught off guard, and it didn’t occur to us that we could return it to our car. In the end, we had no choice but to throw our drinks away, which was incredibly frustrating and felt unfair. The lack of consistency and empathy shown by the staff made the whole experience negative. I hope management provides better training on customer service and applies policies equally. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location.
