This is the theater that my boyfriend, friends, and family go to as they always have the latest offerings as well as international films. The location is great for the most part and it's clean as it can be (seen some messy people causing messes everywhere). The staff here are efficient and professional at their jobs and never encountered an issue with anyone here. There was even a time my boyfriend and I were watching a movie and suddenly the movie cut off due to an alarm and they ensured everyone got out okay then they allowed us to return back, once it was all cleared, to finish the movie.
Though there was a few times the popcorn tasted burnt but those times have been counted on one hand. The drinks never tasted bad here which is a great sign as I have been to other theaters that have the fountain drink machines that have a bunch of options but it doesn't taste good. The seats here are more comfortable and spacious too. The membership here is pretty great too and even if you don't do the paid version, you get a free drink on your birthday which is nice.

This a very nice theater complex, modern and clean. The only drawback for me is the younger staff that act as if they would rather be anyplace other than work and the boredom is obvious. If you overlook their poor customer service, it's a great place to see a movie.

The only thing I truly enjoyed was the movie I watched. Which is the only reason I'm generously leaving 2 stars.
We're to start......
1) staff attitude. Staff only had super facial smiles on there faces. Anytime I asked for help or a question I was ignored or only got help once I singled one out. Body language and tones were all saying I hate this job and I don't want to be here...... that really ruined the mood to start.
2) merchandise. Let's just for starters I hate selfish people, I get it's not other customers fault, but still irritating...... if there is merchandise for specific movies, until the after the 1st day of that movie that merchandise should only be sold to those who pay to see that movie, then others can purchase. It would be one thing if it was all sold out same day, but I was truly upset that when I got there I wasn't able to purchase any of the advertised merchandise (advertised by cinemark too) because it was already sold out. I was even bragged to by other customers that they showed to up to watch other movies earler in the week and were not even there to watch avatar and bought the last of the avatar merchandise. This just made me even more upset as I waited the whole time and bought my tickets as soon as them came out so I could enjoy the movie with the matching merchandise. Its unbelievable that on the day of premiere there was no merchandise for anyone that was actually there to see the movie to buy. I would given negative stars just cause of this if I could.
3) Food. Im a person who hates wasting food and Let's just say eat before you go.
The only thing I could stand eating was the popcorn and drinks..... but those are difficult to mess up.
The options were so limited, It made me think small town, private owened theater..... even the drive in movie theater has better options, actually every other movie theater I've been to has had better options.
The hotdogs I couldn't even eat I had to force my husband to eat them.
Pretzel bites were hard and reminded me of several day left out bread, only thing that made them easy to go down was the prepackaged cheese sauce.
The mini pizza don't bother, it was soggy, oily and tasted like literal cardboard, I'm sure the box it came in would have been better to eat.... I could only get through one slice and then I had to just throw it away.
It was that bad.
4) amenities. Dont believe a single thing you read on descriptions.
Bathrooms not a single toilet was properly flushed, I couldn't keep the door closed and there were holes in the walls and black stuff which I can hope water mold from water. I couldn't even wash my hands I had to use my emergency hand sanitizer cause I couldn't get any of the sinks to work.
Theater seating in what they called the luxury lounges..... remove the the words luxury lounge. It was basic seater seats only thing luxury about them was the standard cup holders and the buttons for reclining. Old brown leather and my seat had tears and rips were you could see the underline black mesh fabric, no trays for your popcorn or food. You want a REAL luxury lounge go to galaxy theater in Gigharbor. There is true luxury, good food, and service.
Again negative stars if I could but the movie was good sound, 3d , darkness = only light from the movie. So I'll generously give 2 stars.
This Theater needs there stuff to match what they say and post, needs to have more courtesy for customers and properly think about what movies there airing with matching merchandise to be sold more courteously to those of us who are actually there to see that movie on premiere day.
