  Damn the supervisor tonight too good to help guests and just sat there leaning on the counter didn’t even say hello to us. Waiting for her “employees” to help us at popcorn station. Okay I mean as a manager myself at least say hello if you aren’t going to help your team. And to have such an attitude like you’re just so much better than them wow just wow. Lead by example. At least my cashier was kind and patient while he scanned my Cinemark subscription.

  I love how nice the theater is, I love ordering from the snack bar in advance & picking it up on the shelf. I ADORE that the handicapped stall in the women's room is right up front, so I don't have to squeeze past other doors opening suddenly! AND, it's big enough for me to actually turn my chair around in, so I don't have to back awkwardly out of the stall. The movie theater was laid out for the ease and comfort of movie goers, not for maximum seats per square foot. Maybe that's the new normal in the streaming age, but I still appreciate & love it.

  Why would cinemark knowingly advertise a 3 D movie and sell tickets to a 3 D movie if the 3 D projector is broken?. I appreciate the fact that I was offered free movie passes for next time, but I am extremely bothered by the fact I was sold tickets to a 3D movie that was never going to be shown due to broken equipment. If the theater knew the equipment was broken then the tickets should never have been offered for sale to anybody. This seems like false advertising and I would appreciate a response from a person at the corporate level

  As an Autistic, neurodivergent individual I struggle to go to places where I had to endure the stress of my sensory overloads just to go watch the many latest, heart grasping, thought provoking movies on the big screen. However I enjoyed my last 2 visits, and I felt very comfortable and safe thanks to the awesome customer service at the Federal Way location, both provided by Lily at the register. On top of her courteous, compassionate and empathetic professionalism she went the extra mile to ensure that I felt heard and have a safe and enjoyable experience visiting the cinemas. My interaction with Lily proves that in every line of work there is always room for Kindness, Compassion and Empathy for all.
