Commercials 10-15 minutes after when the movie is supposed to start, then, trailers after that. You can safely arrive over 20-25 minutes after the movie is set to start and still see the end of the trailers.

For shows that run past midnight (for example, until 1 am), it would be helpful if basic items like drinking water and beverages were available for purchase so guests can comfortably enjoy the entire movie. Additionally, some of the staff at the food counter appeared irritated when asked simple questions about whether the counter was still open or if drinking water was available, which made the experience less pleasant. It would be great if the theatre could review or update its policy on late-night food and water availability and ensure staff remain courteous when responding to customer questions, even during the last shows of the day, perhaps consider having vending machines if easier!

Since when… it’s been awhile since I saw a movie but it’s 25 min past the showing time and we’re still watching ads.. reminded why we don’t come to theaters, after $70 in tickets and $35 in 2 candies 1 drink and a popcorn… I think next time we’ll just wait until it comes on tv.
