We've been coming here awhile and always have an overall good experience. Seats are comfortable and staff friendly (doing their best to hear us during a movie and move throughout dark theaters). Facility is clean. The food has been very good! The parking is easy once you know where to go.
Recently the menu changed a little bit. We think they were taking some time to adjust (especially the chicken in our go-to orders). Yesterday had a great burger and pizza. (Thank you for having gluten free buns available!)

Love that its adults only, super clean, ultra comfy reclining seats, delicious restaurant quality food with fast service. Full bar and free loaded game room, great for a date night.
My wife and I have been going to this theater for years, even after we moved further north. The theater itself is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly, and the quality of the screens and audio are fantastic.
Why only three stars, then? A few months ago I would have given them a perfect 5/5 review, but recently the Cinemark Reserve has updated their menu, and it is not an improvement. While there are more options in some areas (elote hot dogs and dips sound fun!), the quality of the food overall feels vastly inferior to what it once was--particularly with items like their grilled chicken.
For example, I used to order their blackened chicken sandwich every time we went. It was delicious, and ranked among my favorites in town. Now the grilled chicken is thin, fatty, and rubbery with very little spice (when it comes with any seasoning at all. Twice now the chicken has arrived with no flavoring at all). Their condiment selection is unfortunately hampered as well (no mayo, only varying degrees of aioli, and many condiments now arrive only in tiny single-serve packets instead of plastic cups).
Buying a ticket to the Cinemark Reserve isn't just about the great screens and chairs and audio systems, it's about the high quality of their menu. But with the recent changes to that menu and reduction in food quality, there's been less of a desire for us to make the drive down when there are so many other theater options around us.

Cinemark Reserve Lincoln Square generally holds a strong 4.5-star rating. It is a unique 21+ dine-in spot that people seem to love for the quiet, adult-only atmosphere and the convenience of seat-side service.
Why it gets high marks:
Luxury Comfort: The theater features "Luxury Loungers," which are oversized, electric-powered recliners with footrests and even heated seats in some auditoriums.
Dine-In Service: You can order food like burgers and shareable snacks, as well as beer, wine, or cocktails, directly from your seat with the press of a button.
Quiet Atmosphere: Since it is strictly 21 and over, reviewers frequently mention that it is much quieter and more relaxed than a standard multiplex.
The "Secret" Terrace: There is an elevated outdoor terrace and lounge area with games like shuffleboard and billiards that you can access even if you don't have a movie ticket.
A few things to keep in mind:
Pricing: It is a "luxury" experience, so ticket prices and concessions are higher than average.
Distractions: While there are no kids, some reviewers note that the sound of plates and servers moving around can be a minor distraction during quiet movie scenes.
Arrival Time: It's usually best to arrive about 20 minutes early so you can get your food orders in before the lights go down.

I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be coming back to this Cinemark location. The server tablets never seem to be working, which makes the experience frustrating and causes a lot of unnecessary waiting. The whole point of this theater is to avoid standing in concession lines, but lately it feels like going to the concession stand would actually be faster and more convenient.
Because the tablets aren’t working, it takes quite a while for servers to even take orders, which really takes away from the overall experience.
That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the servers are clearly doing their best and working hard despite the issues. Brandon in particular took great care of us. He was very polite and showed a strong sense of urgency given the delays, which we really appreciated.
