  I can’t rate the experience because I’ve yet to get in touch with anyone. I’ve been calling for weeks. The message says that calls are returned in one business day. It is not true!

  Very confusing online ordering process. Very poor customer service. Hanging up on customer calls seems to be the standard answer for complaints. Overall the company only seems to worry about making packages as expensive as possible with as little product quality and no concern for customer satisfaction.

  This was supposed to be a joyful and memorable experience for my child’s senior portraits, but unfortunately, this company completely missed the mark. They never answer the phone, and despite multiple voicemails, we never received a single call back. Senior pictures are a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and the lack of communication and professionalism is beyond frustrating. If you value your time and want an stress-free experience for your child’s milestone, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, schools need to contract another reputable company! 0️⃣ stars
