Everyone was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and ready to jump in. The room itself was so much fun. It was creative and just the right level of challenging. It kept both the kids and adults fully engaged the whole time. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and memorable experience!

They rescued our balloons with a ladder and a hard hat 😊 they assisted in fixing an issue with our pizza order. Can’t say enough good things about it! We will definitely come back again.

Wyatt was incredibly helpful and had great customer service which added to our fun, awesome experience. Next time I’m in Roanoke, I will come and try another room.
