  My daughter took summer classes at CDC for the first time and absolutely LOVED the classes, the teachers and most importantly her peers. They welcomed my daughter with open arms. She can’t wait for the fall to start classes again.

  My daughter started at CDC last year in the summer of 2024 and loved it! We did a fall class and she completed her first recital. Everyone at CDC is so nice and they love all the kids and they welcome new children with open arms. Ava had no dance experience and she is thriving while making new friends. We love it there and you will too!

  We were referred to this dance studio by a friend so we decided to give it a try. Up until 12/13/2024 my husband and I have been satisfied with the services provided. I reached out trying to gain clarification on paying for our daughter's costume because an email was sent that said review and pay. I found this to be convenient because we were going out of town and I didn't have time to run by the dance studio. When I clicked on the didn't let me pay. When I reached out about my concerns to pay it was stated that it can't be paid by the link. I sent a screenshot to show why I thought that it could and maybe it should be changed because it is confusing. I was then told by Carrie Hughes that they have no control over the software and to read the email. This is poor customer service especially when trying to gain clarity on how I need to pay for my daughter's costume. One email says you can only pay with cash or check but then another email is sent to review and pay as if it can be paid online. This is not my first time dealing with a dance studio for my daughter and I have also danced at a studio as well. This was very demeaning and very poor customer service. I'm shocked at the response when trying to simply receive clarification.

  Chesterfield Dance Center is such an amazing studio. This is our first year but we are so very pleased and thankful to be a part of their family. Prior to joining CDC my daughter was feeling a disconnect and she asked for a new start. We looked around and weighed our options and once we met with Miss Carrie, we felt immediately welcomed and its been this same feeling since her first class. We are well informed by all staff, my daughter is in a class with other students that support each other and respect each others feelings. This was the exact environment she needed and I encourage anyone looking for a studio with a loving atmosphere, strong dance technique, and open communication to please take a minute and check out CDC. CDC thank you for making my daughter smile again. ~ Shaun

  My daughter has been dancing here for 4+ years and cannot get enough. The instructors are extremely supportive and interested in developing the character of the dancers in addition to their skill. I am regularly amazed at the talent level of choreography that they bring show after show. If you are looking for a place that takes dance seriously, but is still fun and low-key, Chesterfield Dance Center is that place.
