Staff was super friendly and available to operate whatever station the kids wanted to play. Thank you all and we will see you soon.

Our daughter has dietary restrictions, making it hard to find a place to have a child’s birthday party. Renata and her staff made it very easy for our daughter’s party and were very attentive. Every visit I was able to walk straight in to a register and pay for the experience I wanted to enjoy. All the staff and even the officer I saw in the parking lot were very friendly. Great location and parking is an ease no matter if I go during the day or evening, weekday or weekend.

Drinks came out right away, but there was a mix-up in the kitchen and our food never arrived. Things like this happen—but what truly stood out was how exceptionally well the staff handled it. There was nothing awkward or uncomfortable about the situation. The team immediately acknowledged the issue, brought us a complimentary snack to tide us over, and switched our original order to go without us even having to ask. They didn’t just fix the problem—they went above and beyond by personally delivering our food right to our seats in the theater. Mistakes are inevitable, but this is how great customer service is done. Meridian Restaurant turned a hiccup into a genuinely positive experience. We left impressed, grateful, and absolutely planning to return.
