  Read many reviews, and I wanted to decide for myself if this place was worth it. I read many reviews about video games being broken, and we experienced no issues at all. My son and I played all games and they worked just fine. The only issue we encountered was the bowling. The pins got stuck multiple times, but the staff responded each time and fixed the pins without fail. Snack bar was a little on the high side, but my son loved the cheeseburger and the food was fresh. We did ride go karts and played the batting cages and they were great, but the fun stopped when the rain started. Overall, my son and I had a great time, and with the exception of the bowling game, everything was great. We will be back.

  Massive disappointment. 1. Most of the electronic heavy attractions (3D ride, claw machines, laser tag) either did not work or were massive disappointments. 2. All the main attractions (go karts, rock climbing) were not even open to use. 3. After acknowledging machines were not working, staff left them on and running so people just continue to get scammed… what a joke. The man at the front counter was friendly, and very accommodating. The only other man working was friendly, but often was not around to run attractions, which is a dig on the management for not scheduling more employees. The boba was delicious, and the roller coaster was fun. But I would never come to this location again. Would have been better off burning my 50 dollars

  Pros: staff was friendly, respectful, patient, and accommodating. The bumper cars and the indoor roller coaster were a blast. The boba tea from the cafe was amazing! Cons: short staffed. Not many staff members to attend to the attractions. Lots of the attractions were closed down as well. Lots of the machines were not working. Some of the ones that were available to play (claw machines specifically) the claws wouldn’t even close. Including the play until you win duck machines. We informed the staff and they refunded us our money back onto our cards, but didn’t turn the card readers off so people kept getting scammed out of their money. The laser tag was a very short game, and the majority of their vests were falling apart. Some had exposed wires as well. Most of the buckles didn’t even clasp. At the beginning, half of my groups vests didn’t work at all, either. We tried to do the 3D experience as well, and the guns were not working at all. At the end of our experience when we realized we wouldn’t be able to use the rest of our money for our experience, we asked the gentleman at the counter for a refund. He tried his best, but was unfortunately unable to accommodate us.

  We tried to buy the spring break tickets online. No matter what device or browser or person, it always failed. Tried to call when they opened. Call failed for everyone. Got there to just buy tickets in person, and found out they opened at 11 not like Google said. They knew the website was broken but originally didn’t want to honor the deal until we called the manager over. Then wristbands didn’t load with money correctly. Food menu screen was broken. Cashier wasn’t of age and couldn’t pour our drinks so she forgot about our order. Workers kept coming over to get soda all the time and used up all of the ice. Not sure what is going on with this place, but it was much better the last time I visited like four years ago. Kids were frustrated but had fun in the end.

  We visited Fun Land of Fredericksburg during spring break. Since we had been busy all week, we wanted somewhere local and fun to wrap things up. While some of the staff were highlights of the day, the overall experience was a major disappointment for my family. The Good I have to give credit to the staff members who were working hard. The customer service at the front counter was great. A huge shoutout to Andre at the go-karts—he was excellent, provided top-tier service, and even went above and beyond to help me find my lost phone. The Bad Unfortunately, the facility itself is lacking. About half of the arcade games were broken or out of service, which left us with very little to do while we waited for the larger attractions to open. The Dealbreaker The biggest issue was the lack of communication regarding the high ropes course and rock climbing wall. When we arrived at 12:00 PM, I was told those attractions would open at 4:00 PM. We spent four hours killing time and doing the same few things over and over just to make it to that opening time. When 4:00 PM finally rolled around, we were told they were "waiting on people" to staff it. We waited until 5:30 PM, and they never opened. I spent a significant amount of money for my kids to have a full experience, but they left disappointed. It’s a shame because the staff like Andre are doing their best, but the management and maintenance of the park are not up to par. We likely won't be returning.
