  Everything’s broken up, go carts don’t open until 4pm we drive 1.5 hours for my nephew birthday and there’s a sign when you get inside that says it 😭 it was still fun though we had the best of it. Staff was nice. We had the whole place to ourselves!

  WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS!!!! AFTER HAVING MY SON'S BIRTHDAY PARTY IN FAIRFAX 2 YEARS IN A ROW WE DECIDED TO TRY THIS LOCATION SINCE WE HEARD ITS BIGGER AND HAD MORE ATTRACTIONS.......BAD BAD BAD IDEA!!!!! FROM START TO FINISH THE EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! LINE WAS SUPER LONG TO GO IN AND THERE WAS ONLY 1 PERSON AT THE DESK MEANWHILE THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND ON THEIR PHONES OF COURSE. 50% OF THE GAMES WERE NOT WORKING, THE ROCK CLIMBING WALL WAS CLOSED, THE BUMPER CARS WERE CLOSED AND ONLY 2 LANES OF BOWLING WERE OPEN. I ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS IT ALWAYS THIS BAD AND SHE SAID PRETTY MUCH!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I STARTED GOING AROUND TAKING PICTURES OF ALL THE THINGS THAT WERE CLOSED AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME WHY I WAS TAKING PICTURES!!! !I TOLD HER SO I COULD REVIEW THIS PLACE AND LET PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY IN SUCH A DUMP!!! THEN OF COURSE SHE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING SHE COULD DO TO HELP US AND I TOLD HER NO WE ARE LEAVING. DEFINITELY WON'T BE BACK AGAIN JUDGING BY THE REVIEWS I WON'T BE THE ONLY ONE!!! IF YOU WEANT YOUR KIDS TO HAVE FUN GO TO THE ONE IN FAIRFAX!!! THEY WILL HAVE FUN AND SO WILL THE ADULTS BECAUSE THE FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE SPORTS BAR ARE A+++

  Went the other day with my family to enjoy ourselves, walked in and saw no employees, no one at the food court, no one at the front desk, only saw 1 person cleaning, thankfully the machines to load the cards for the games were next to the door so we could take care of ourselves. The first 2 games we paid for didn't work at all, and over 5 of the games were broken. We still managed to have SOME fun there on the things that did work. Only stayed for about 45 minutes. Will not be returning.

  One of the worst arcades ive ever been to. Half the games don't work. Some say unavailable others dont and you swipe your card and it takes your money. Some of the games that do work only work partially. Every game needs to be checked and should be labeled as out of order if they dont work. We did $100 and it wasn't worth it because half the games didnt work and had to play the same ones over and over again. Should be told about this befire purchasing a game card. They have a photo booth and it was out of order. Half of the bathroom stalls were out of order or and tools just sitting in the bathrooms. At the ricket counter they have 1 worker and the system barely works and took forever. This place needs a full over haul. I cannot speak for the attractions as we did not do them.

  WORST ARCADE I’VE BEEN TOO!! Now I’ve been to LOTS of arcades, and this place was by far the WORST. Not only does it have a limited number of games a majority of them do NOT work!! You scan them and nothing happens, ultimately taking your money without even getting to play the game. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
