    We had an awesome birthday for our 8 year old daughter. The pizza was surprisingly good. The staff that helped with our party was also great. One little incident on the rope course. One of the attendants on the rope course had an attitude. Had an Eye rolling problem. Happened multiple times. Obviously young and figured my 40 year old eyes couldn’t see it. Asked her why the attitude. Very quick response. “Don’t have an attitude sir”. I just let her know I’m 40, I have a wife and a daughter and I’m very aware of what eye roll was. I let a manager know. He seemed concerned and looked like he handled it. Other than that one instance, everything else was great.

    Fun place, honestly not much variety in buying food, just your typical sofa and pizza. A bit pricey but I thought it was going to have other stuff for kids. This is basically a Dave and Busters for kids and that's all. I did only stay inside since it was cold outside, but I gave it a 3 because I was expecting more. Oh and be careful with the claw games, there were times where I got a prize and it was purposely going up and down to remove my prize before dropping it into my prize bucket. It was weird. But overall it was okay, just thinking prices should be cheaper since it is more directly for kids.

    Had so much fun with my family. All the staff were very nice and helpful. My kids loved the coaster!

    We’ve been to a number of places similar to this and this one was definitely our least likely to come back to. From the limited to nonchalant attendants to the amount of games/attractions not available, this place did not leave the best taste in our month. The amount of times where the attendants are standing around chitchatting with one another versus actually being attentive to those waiting in line is baffling. Then when you try to speak to them they almost seemed annoyed that you have the audacity to ask them to do their job.The value was just not there for what we paid to deal with how this place is just lacking overall as a whole.

    Wow for a first time this place was pretty sad. Over half of the games did not work. Of the half that did "work" they were taking card swipes but not starting the games. Food was expensive as well.
