  I really really wanted to like this place. My daughter had a great time playing the games though many were “temporarily unavailable” and we actually won a claw prize! The one thing I was disappointed in was the lack of employees available to assist when we wanted to do something. The ticket/prize redemption, the tailgaters counter, and the climbing attractions and rides in the building had NO ONE there to help us enjoy the attraction or order food. I will be back as I won’t judge it from our one and only time there. Hopefully our visit back is better because it’s definitely a place I’d like to bring my kids just to have fun for a few hours.

  Stopped by early Sunday morning with the fam and was impressed with the amount of activities for both kids and adults.... environment was very clean and the games were well maintained friendly staff!

  The kids enjoyed themselves. The birthday party was chaotic and the dedicated host checked the kids in and brought drinks and pizza. It took a while to get the items like a knife to cut the cake. I made a mistake and assumed the host distributed the pizza to the plates because they had on gloves. I was told they don't usually do that. So I poured the drinks and distributed the rest of the pizza. The party room was small, only large enough for the 11 kids and a few adults. Very few chairs for adults. The bonus $10 tokens on top of the kids $15 didn't last very long but they did enjoy the attractions. I've been around the burg for nearly 15 years and I can see the wear and tear and lack of care for the facility. There is just grime on every surface. At other kids party venues, the final payment is done at the end and we usually give a generous tip to the host. I was asked to pay first, but prompted to give the tip up front. Two thoughts. I can give the usual generous tip and the individual will be super accommodating, or I can give a huge tip and the individual can do minimal help and still get the tip. I had purchased two chaperone bands for my us both. I stood in a long line just to get to the scanner and find out it wasn't activated. I asked the manager for a refund but he said that was nearly impossible and we were given day passes good for a year instead. I understand technology fails and I could not work in such a chaotic environment, I guess it's why many of the workers appeared high. They gift the kids in the party with 2 "skip the line" passes only to be told at the go-karts, they don't apply there. The coordinator for the party was very helpful over the phone and email, however I assume they do not work the weekends when the parties are often taking place. There was disorganization and I apologized for my errors when needing to add kids to our party. It left us feeling like we wasted hard earned money on a very mediocre party venue.

  We went first thing on a Sunday. There's a definite need for more attendants for rides early AM but when we asked for help getting on a ride they were quick to help. The unlimited pass for the kids was well worth it. I'm pretty sure my son rode the indoor roller coaster 8 if not 10 times. :) The outdoor options are great as well. We spent 4 hours there and still had things we didn't do (putt putt being a big one). Adults and kids had a great time.

  I called on Friday morning to find out about their adults only Halloween night which was supposed to be from 10 to 1am. The reason I called is because online it says all sales are final and to check the locations hours of operation before buying anything because there are no refunds. I promise y’all I called at least 50 times from about 12 in the afternoon until 10pm. They even have the audacity to have a text line to let you know they will call or text if that’s easier just to ignore that too. If I had of bought the tickets which were basically 40 a piece I would have been pissed if the location was closed so I ended up not going but a place is only as great as it’s customer service. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were just busy but I called a few times today and made sure I left another message and I’ll be leaving reviews everywhere hopefully the GM gets this team together because you just lost out on over 300 dollars not providing the customer service you said you’d give and I’ll never come back because it’s not worth the aggravation of always being around 10000 kids
