  This Cinemark's location is great. It's located in a trendy mixed use (some commercial/some residential) plaza. The entrance is grand. Upon walking in, it smelled of burned popcorn--not a deal breaker, just an observation. The theatre seats were very comfortable though the temperature was quite warm in our theatre. The ladies bathroom was overdue for a trash pick up given the overfilled can beneath the hand towels. I would return though would recommend more attention to atmosphere, temperature, and cleanliness.

  The theater was great with its sound and screen, and there was ample parking space. However, I strongly advise against eating inside. I tried the Pritzel bites with Cheese cup, and it was a complete disaster. Instead, I recommend eating at the nice restaurants around the theater.

  Watching the new movie hail mary and forgot to get pop corn. Went to get it. They said not allowed to buy if showtime is passed. Now watching without any pop corn. Not sure why.

  I go to this Cinemark a couple times per month as a member of their rewards program. Recently Ove noticed their team seems to be more engaged which makes it a better experience. Today I met a couple of their new managers who provided exceptional customer service and made me feel very welcome. Thanks Teresa and Danielle!
