  The staff was horrible. I went here for my daughter's friend's birthday.she went on the zip line and the staff member there was just sitting with his ear plugs in and watching something. PAYING NO ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO GO ON THE ZIP LINE! She also told me that when she was at laser tag she had trouble putting the suit on so she asked the employee and he called her stupid or dumb. THIS IS NOT HOW THE STAFF SHOULD BE "assisting" THEIR CUSTOMERS. And just remember most of the customers are CHILDREN.

  Funland should be renamed to wasteland. Go-Cart barely works. Laser-Tag been down and no telling wheh it'll be back up and operating. About 10% of the arcade attractions are turned off. On top od that 1/3 of the operating arcade machines, the card reader doesn't work. To close out this review. I understand these business typically hiring high-school kids. But please find some that has common sense at a minimum. When it comes to go-cart and wall climbing Safety is a priority. You guys have kids watching over kids.

  Love this place. I take my autistic daughter every weekend. We climb on the ropes and it's great exercise for $10 and a full hour. Then we play games and basketball. The food is great. She loves the pizza and the pretzels. They always have specials going where you can buy a meal and get a free play card too!

  My family enjoyed our time at Fun Land. The employees were great. But almost half of the games didn't work. Some of them were missing the balls. Younger kids dont pay attention. So when a ball doesn't come out they keep swiping their card. So I probably lost $20-30 on games that didnt work but they werent marked as being out of order. Wizard of Oz cards were mixed in with the Willy Wonka cards. One of the ticket claw machines was pretty much empty. The food was expensive for what you get. But we will be back to give it another shot. Hopefully everything will be working and I can update my review.

  I went today to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with four of her friends. Unfortunately, the service at the bar/restaurant was terrible. The tables were dirty, and when I politely asked the staff to clean one for us, they were very rude and unwilling to help. We had to move to another table and clean it ourselves. Later, a young woman arrived who was the only one kind and attentive. There was staff present, but they were not focused on serving customers. Dirty tables were left unattended, no one came to clear them, and when I asked if my daughter’s pizza could be reheated, another server refused simply out of laziness, so we had to eat the pizza cold. At the go-karts, the young employee in charge was clearly uninterested and treated my daughter—the birthday girl—very poorly. She made a small driving mistake that was not intentional, and he publicly removed her from the activity in front of everyone, humiliating her. She was left very embarrassed and upset. Although this place has interesting games, the staff seems unmotivated and unwilling to do their job properly. I also want to add that the pizza bar does not seem appropriate as a bar: if this is a children’s place, it should function more like a café. On the coldest day of the year, there were no hot drinks available. When I asked about lemonade, the server actually tasted it first, made an unpleasant face, and then told me there was none. While some servers were doing inventory, customers were waiting for tables to be cleaned, and no one was willing to help. I spent a significant amount of money today, with great effort, to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and I truly felt that my money was wasted due to the poor service and the overall negative experience.
