  Funland of Fairfax was an outstanding place to celebrate a birthday party today. The entire experience felt smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional and every staff member went out of their way to make sure things ran perfectly. The food was surprisingly good for an entertainment venue and everyone in the group enjoyed it. The atmosphere was energetic and fun, and it genuinely felt like the ideal spot for a stress free and memorable celebration. A huge part of what made the day great was our party host, Luke. He was incredibly good at his job and genuinely one of the nicest people we interacted with all day. He stayed on top of everything without ever feeling rushed, made sure the kids had fun, and checked in with us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude made the entire party feel even more enjoyable. Luke deserves a ton of credit for making the experience so smooth, and Funland is lucky to have someone like him representing their team.

  I came here with my friend and we had a blast! The ropes course and go karts were super fun, the food was amazing. Tala, Alexis, Kimberlyn, Luke, and mangers Joey and Rocky were super kind and helpful throughout our expiernce! I will definitely becoming back soon, thank you!!

  Estoy arrepentida de haber venido a este lugar con mis hijos eh pagado ilimitado un total de $85 y resulta que a mis hijos no lo dejaron subirse a ningunos de los juegos hemos esperado casi media hora en la fila para que nos dijeran que no podían subirse mis hijos tienen edades de 10 años y quisieron subirse a los carros por mi no les pusiera ninguna estrella definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

  what a letdown, tons of arcade machines were broken, zipline wasn't working, and there were very few employees on site when we arrived this place is good maybe for someone who doesn't know what they like because of the variety of attractions but if you know you like laser tag or clip and climb or something else already then there are better places for each thing

  We celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday at your Fairfax location this past Saturday (October 25th), and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience we had. Everyone had an absolute blast! We have hosted many birthday parties over the past 14 years for both of our children, but this event was by far the best one yet. Everything—from the organization to the service—exceeded our expectations, and I personally had such a wonderful time. Our party host, Luke, was exceptional. He was polite, respectful, and consistently attentive, checking on us throughout the event to ensure everything was perfect. His recommendations for food and timing were spot-on, and his professionalism and kindness toward our guests truly stood out. I would also like to commend Cris, who works at the roping area. I had never tried ziplining or rope courses before and initially felt nervous, but Cris’s calm reassurance and patient guidance made all the difference. He kindly demonstrated each step and encouraged me to follow his lead, making the experience both safe and unforgettable. Thanks to him, I even completed the zipline section—a memory I’ll never forget! His excellent attitude, customer service, and genuine enthusiasm deserve recognition. I am preparing to post a positive review on Google and Yelp, but I also wanted to ask if you could kindly share my email with your management team. Both Luke and Cris exemplify outstanding professionalism and are a credit to your organization. Thank you once again for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable.
