  I don't write this review out of spite, I just wanted to give an honest review and highlight aspects of Cinemark that could be improved.

  Ya know the lady at the counter just told me they sold out of the scream 7 merch cause people came in without seeing the movie, bought all merch just to resell it. U should have to have a valid ticket to be able to buy the merch and limit it to 1 per person. The movie just came out tonight and im here for the first showing and they are already out of merch. Extremely disappointed fans of the movie cant even buy stuff at the first showing Update: they sold the entire supply to a single customer 2 weeks ago. THE MOVIE CAME OUT TODAY... WHAT IS WRONG WITH YALL

  I think this theater doesn't do as well as the mountain view cinemark because they don't have the drink machines, but its clean big and they have good comfortable seating.

  This movie theater has always been my go-to and consistently provides a great overall experience. The facility itself is well maintained, and I generally enjoy my visits. However, I was disappointed during my most recent visit when I attempted to purchase the new Ghost Face popcorn bucket. As I approached the counter, the entire stock had been sold to a single customer, leaving none available for other guests. I was only hoping to purchase one, and it was frustrating to see that no purchase limit was in place for such a high-demand item. Implementing limits in situations like this would help ensure a fair experience for all customers.

  The staff are nice. The seats are comfy. Beyond that I strongly dislike this theater. Every time I've been there have been at least a couple people who feel like they need to add their commentary to the movie. The projectors are also never properly calibrated. There was a prominent dead pixel and some sort of refresh line down the middle of the screen in the last showing I went to. Very disappointing. I hope they fix the projector problem and have a bit more attention to quality control. The terrible audiences I dont know what to do about.
