The manager was so kind and made sure our date night was a success. We were able to watch the movie and had the best seats. I did try to find and thank her afterwards, but didn’t see her. Thank you so much!

We ran into an issue where we had to learn early because of an alarm and they let come back 2 days later with our original tickets and use them to upgrade from standard to dbox XD with the seats for free
- CHCassi HSep 27, 20251.0I normally don’t do 1 star reviews but I feel very frustrated by this Cinemark location. They will sell you a bucket of popcorn where you can get a free refill— but the catch is, when you’re in the middle of your movie and you’re ready for that refill, they won’t fill it for you right away. They make you stand in a 10 minute line for the free refill. It’s beyond frustrating. It only takes a few seconds to put some popcorn in the bucket but they refuse. They also do this with their large drinks that get free refills as well. They point their finger and make you stand in the back of the line. I should emphasize— no other Cinemark location has this policy. Which means, I will now make the drive to the Orem Cinemark location. I don’t have the time or energy to miss half the movie because my kids need more popcorn.
