    Please get a freestyle soda machine. I beg and plead. You could move those tables to put multiple there. Why are those tables even there. Who’s sitting down in the lobby before a movie? Probably the same people who talk in the theater. Getting a freestyle machine would also free up the employees to master the technique of butter layers in the popcorn. It’s a win win.

    The movie was scheduled for 7:05pm and there were so many ads it didn’t start til 7:35pm!! Why are there 30 whole minutes of just ads??! So frustrating

    I’ve been coming to this Cinemark for over 10 years and have always loved this location, but unfortunately my recent experience was really disappointing. During the last 45 minutes of the movie, we could clearly hear employees in the back being loud, laughing, and talking to each other. Then, before the movie was even finished, a red-haired employee and one of the ticket takers came in with their brooms, laughing and talking loudly. The male employee seemed to realize they were being disruptive and told the girl to leave, but she continued talking, set her things down, and kept making noise. When I turned around and shushed her, she gave me a very rude look, loudly dropped her stuff, and continued talking all the way out of the theater. It really ruined the ending of the movie for me and my boyfriend, which is so frustrating after paying for tickets and snacks. We go to late movies because we want to relax and enjoy the show without distractions, but this time it was the staff themselves making it unpleasant. I'm so sad to say this was genuinely the worst experience I've had at a theatre. Sadly, we won’t be returning, even though I’ve loved this location for years.
