  Loads of fun. My first time doing a real escape room and all the mechanisms and puzzles were really cool. Even when we would analyze the processes to make the mechanisms work. Hodge helped us and improved the experience, as well as added humor and made it feel more personable. Overall, super fun experience and I am hoping to come back and do the rest of the rooms.

  Hodge was our game master and took great care of us! It was our first time at Red Door. Three grandchildren, ages 14 to 9, along with grandma (me) had so much fun solving the challenges in Once Upon a Time. The rooms are clean, excellent props, very creative and challenging puzzles, codes and mysteries to solve. Highly reccomend for a fun adventure.

  My kids and I had an awesome time solving the Once Upon A Time room. Our Game Master Rylee was fabulous. She made it fun from the moment we walked through the front doors. She was friendly and funny and gave great hints with just enough information to help us solve the puzzles and escape. Kids ages ranged from 9-16 and everyone was able to help solve the puzzles.

  We had the best time at Red Door Escape Rooms in Riverton! We’ve done a few escape rooms before, but our friends hadn’t, and it was such a fun experience for all of us. A huge shoutout to Landon, who helped us from the moment we arrived. He made the whole process so easy—helping with waivers, clearly explaining everything, and making us feel really comfortable and excited to get started. He was super friendly, incredibly helpful, and even took photos for us afterwards, which we really appreciated! He also took the time to tell us about other rooms and deals available if we wanted to book again the same evening, which was awesome. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the experience great. We’ll definitely be back—such a fun outing and highly recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go!

  Edit: updated to be 5 stars. Isaiah was our game master for Confinement and was AMAZING!!! We had such a great experience with him as our fifth teammate. We've been here before to the Fair Game and The Gift, with Landon! We have really loved the attention to detail in all of the rooms, the set design is incredible. We've bumped into a couple of puzzles that were initially frustrating because the logic wasn't super strong, but it was still really fun. Isaiah truly made our experience for Confinement and was cheering us on (we ended up using about 3 clues, which is rare for us but also means we're having a good time with the puzzles). We'll be back to do another room, for sure! FYI, my original review was a 1 star bc of a lackluster first experience where our GM spoiled the final puzzle for us, but the management went above and beyond to communicate with us. They even adjusted the way the room is introduced according to our feedback and also gave us a discount on our next experience to make up for it. Great management, great friendly GMs, and great puzzles!
