  One of the most comfortable theaters in the valley. Conveniently located between Bangerter and Mountain View. Numerous restaurants and shopping nearby.

  This is the Best Theatre. The seats are comfortable. You can stay warm or cool and you can order food from your chair!!!!!

  My husband and I have been going to this Cinemark for a couple of years and our experience tonight will NEVER have us going back. I am so appalled by how they treated our situation. We arrived at the theater at 6:40 for a 7:00 movie. We spent $30 on food and when our food still wasn't done at 7:20 we asked them if they could bring it to our seats as the movie had already started and my husband missed the very beginning of the movie. It was 7:40 when we still had no food and I went back out to see where it was and the assistant manager said that they are training a bunch of people and everybody is confused and she would give me comp tickets for our patience. They messed up on our order and only half was done and sitting there. I went back into the theater to wait for our food and at 8:00 it finally arrived COLD. We left the theater and asked to speak to a manager and the assistant manager who was a 5'2, long blonde hair female told us to leave the theater because we were upset about our food situation. I explained to her that our food was cold and she told us that we should have asked her to remake it when I came out the second time. 🤯 We finally talked to a real manager and he refunded our us our food but not our tickets. We left the theater and we are never going back. I am extremely disappointed and Megaplex will be getting the rest of our services.

  My wife and I had a horrible experience. We arrived at 6:40 for a movie, ordered food, and went to catch our seat. We waited 20 minutes for food, nothing. I missed 10 mins of Tron walking out to ask if it was done. Then my wife went out after almost 1 hour and still no food. Then we ended up leaving the movie all together after 1 hour of no food still and asked to speak to a manager. We got an assistant manager, female, long blonde hair, 5’2” We expressed frustration, and got told that we should have asked sooner, which we did. We then asked for our money back, and got told to leave the theater very angrily by this assistant manager. I demanded our money back, and again this assistant manager told us to stop yelling and leave, and we had not raised our voices at this point. That was the last straw. We finally got the food that had been sitting out for an hour and was cold and soggy, was angrily told to leave by an assistant manager, and ganged up on by other employees. Finally another manager came out, we had a calm convo, and he kindly refunded our money. The way we were treated as paying customers by that female assistant manager was beyond horrible. When you spend 30 dollars on food, you expect to get it without getting threatened by their staff.

  Movie theater itself is decent because it’s newer but the sound quality is worse than any other Cinemark we’ve been to. Staff is pretty rude and don’t seem to remotely enjoy their jobs. My boyfriend and I have been Cinemark Rewards members for years and to be honest this theater was super disappointing which sucked since we live down the street. Most notably, maybe not for everyone but for us it was, the popcorn here SUCKS. It’s never fresh, tastes and has a texture that’s just old popcorn flavor and stirofoamy. The last time we visited the popcorn we got was half unpopped kernel clusters and we ended up throwing the whole tub out because we had mounds of popcorn kernels every time we tried to grab some. We normally visit the Cinemark in Jordan Landing and would much rather drive the extra 10 minutes to have good popcorn, nice staff, and good movie quality. Just because your seats are heated at this location and everything looks nice and new doesn’t save it from people noticing how sub par it is compared to other locations.
