- WWWiley WelchJan 23, 20262.0I tried to buy tickets for my friend to come and see the BYU vs ASU basketball game. He had been excited for months. And I put in a request to buy tickets via the student portal in December and I waited for an email notification but I never got one back. Fast forward to January I called them the week before the game and they said I never sent a request… The lady on the phone was very nice and polite however I feel like the website needs to be fixed so this doesn’t happen again. Again the staff was very friendly but I’m disappointed in the lack of email response.

Within office hours they are very quick at responding to phone calls and email inquiries. The in-person ticket lines move quickly. In addition to sport tickets, this office sells tickets for fine arts and other campus events.
