His supervisors (Georgia and Cynthia) who spoke to me and others as I overheard were extremely rude, and impatient with all customers. As customer service representatives, especially at BYU you would expect to be treated with kindness. Very unfortunate experience.

Within office hours they are very quick at responding to phone calls and email inquiries. The in-person ticket lines move quickly. In addition to sport tickets, this office sells tickets for fine arts and other campus events.
