The staff told me I had to wash off my makeup before entering the theater. I did it, and honestly unnecessary, but I went along with it. Then, not even an 10 minutes later, I watched multiple other guests walk into the exact same showing wearing full makeup… and no one said a word to them. No warnings, no “policy,” nothing. It felt inconsistent, unfair, and honestly targeted. If there’s a rule, it should apply to everyone. If there isn’t a rule, then I shouldn’t have been singled out. The whole situation took the fun out of the experience, and I left feeling frustrated and singled out for no reason. Very disappointed, and I hope management can explain why their policies only seem to apply to certain people.
