  My family and I went to this Cinemark for Mother’s Day and it turned out to be a less than ideal experience. To start off with we ordered our food and drinks pre-and the drinks has been sitting for so long the cups had deteriorated, causing them to be easily spillable, which happened to spill all over my mother and ruined her outfit, but that is neither here nor there. once the previews started on this movie we could tell the volume was already really loud. We were hoping when the movie started it would go down a little bit and we understand that movies are supposed to be loud, but this was ear hurting. I feel as if I sat through the entire movie it would damage my hearing. After we told the staff they tried to fix the issue supposedly. Now the entire time the staff was okay and tried to help up but the main issue here is the sound being ear bleeding loud. No exaggeration. This needs to be fixed. I hope we’re not the only ones that thought it was too loud.

  They have really improved since they've been under New Management it is a good place for all ages and even special needs children now where you should not be but some of the theaters are very very cold and it's hard to actually enjoy the movie and some of them

  My fiancé and I went to enjoy a nice movie because we were blessed enough to have an evening without our baby so we wanted to enjoy ourselves, We got to the theater in plenty enough time to get tickets, popcorn, and drink upon entering as soon as we paid for our tickets a screen appeared saying that the printer was jammed and that we would need to see somebody at the box office in order to get our tickets. Nobody was at the box office, so we went over to the concession stand after going to the concession stand and explaining what happened, the gentleman did not give us tickets, but just took our word for it saying that we paid. I wanted a large popcorn and a large drink as soon as I said that I wanted a large popcorn the gentleman behind the counter informed me that there was only small popcorn left so sad by this news I went ahead and told my fiancé that we can just go into the theater empty-handed and try to enjoy the movie that way however, as soon as we took our seat seats, another couple came in right behind us with a large popcorn so we had enough we went to the concession stand and asked for a refund of our ticket and as soon as we did, the gentleman then retracted his earlier statement and then offered to make us a large popcorn instead of giving us a refund on our tickets however, I don’t see this as professional at all so we declined and asked for our original ticket refund. I highly recommend definitely having popcorn available, especially if you’re going to show a movie and have later showtimes for other shows as well not tell your customers that you’re 30 minutes from closing when there’s literally two more hours of a movie that they have to sit there without any popcorn or drink drinks I don’t think that’s right at all.

  People are always nice, and the bathrooms.are clean. Sometimes the movies are Much too loud, though.

  This movie theater is awesome! It has a very good variety in its concessions, the bathrooms are super clean, the staff is always very friendly and the actually movie auditoriums are very nice! The upper floor sections are always my favorite for seating, seems like there's more room
