Be prepared for a wait for concessions. Movies start on the dot. Trailers play before showtime.

Why on Gods green earth can't you develop a web site that shows the movie icon with times and prices up front and a concession menu which does the same? Instead it's a clicking nightmare enough to give one carpel tunnel syndrome trying to find out this simple information and then I get shuttled to fandango and I don't know what else. I also found conflicting show times and adverts for things like uber and door dash. Clean up the crap, put the most important info up front along with your phone number and email. I haven't seen the movie yet. I had to fake the movie info I selected just to get this web site review to post. I dropped the web site and found your phone number by googling it--which I will call for the info I need. You pay a lot of money for a frustrating web site that is virtually impossible to use and I'm NOT going to watch a tutorial (which I doubt even exists) to figure it out. KISS, Keep it simple stupid!

I went to see Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair in auditorium 11 back in December of 2025 and, like many others have said, the volume was unbearably loud. Some parts were okay, but at certain times the speakers would peak so horribly that I had to plug my ears to stop my head from feeling like it was about to explode. I’m seeing reviews as recent as a month ago complaining of this, how they allow something like this to go on for at least 9 months? It’s incredibly unpleasant and could cause hearing damage, does not encourage me to spend my money here at all.
