- KAKaren Andersen2 days ago3.0I have done the Red Door Escape rooms before. The first time was awesome. The Rooms are done so well. I really would recommend doing them. They use multiple rooms which makes it more challenging. We did "The GIFT". This one was very hard, it was an 8/10 which we knew going into it. First off it should have been 90 minutes not an hour. Second, when we asked for clues it took a good 10 minutes that we were waiting for them to respond! So that kinda stopped us for searching because we were stuck. We did NOT get those 10 minutes back at the end which was disappointing! We told the girl when she came into the room when our hour was up, that the button didn't work and my husband actually went out in the hall to look for someone and couldn't find anyone, and she said "Oh, I have to look into that, someone else told us too that a button didn't work" ...Really!!! My husband actually left the room for help.. Anyway. hopefully the buttons will work next time and the staff will be a little more helpful!

They loved it! I thought maybe it would be too advanced for them, but they were engaged, and so helpful. We did the Once Upon a Time room. Each employee we interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. Brooke was so sweet with my family (even answering very random questions from my kids 😅). She explained the game to them in a way that didn't overwhelm them and was so gentle with them. Thank you Brooke! Until next time!
- ABAngie BrownMay 12, 20265.0My granddaughter, my sister and I helped the mad scientist build his robot Jaxiver! It was exciting and intense as our time was nearing the five minute mark. We still had our 3 clues to use so with the clues we were able to escape with 1:21 minutes remaining
