  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I visited Cinemark Newport News for the 3:45 PM showing of Disclosure Day, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional young gentleman working the concession counter around 3:30 PM (I unfortunately did not get his name). His customer service was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the products offered, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our interaction. In a time when genuine customer care can be difficult to find, he provided an experience that stood out and deserves recognition. The theater itself was comfortable, and the seats made the movie experience very enjoyable. The popcorn was fresh and delicious. There was a small hiccup with the start time of our film — our 3:45 PM movie did not begin until 4:08 PM. Another patron notified management, and it appeared they were not aware that Theater 4 was not yet playing the film. While the delay was unfortunate, the issue was addressed once management became aware of it. One additional aspect we appreciated was the atmosphere created by the audience. It was refreshing to be in the presence of mature moviegoers who understood proper theater etiquette and knew when to stop talking so everyone could enjoy the film. Overall, despite the delay, the outstanding service from the concession employee, the comfortable theater, and the pleasant environment made for a very positive experience. We will definitely return the next time we visit the area. Thank you, Cinemark Newport News, for a memorable outing!

  Cinemark is hands down our favorite movie theater! The seats are always comfortable, the theater is clean, and the overall experience is consistently great. We especially love the early morning showings for kids’ movies—they’re perfect for families and make for a fun, affordable outing. Family movie days have become a tradition for us, and Cinemark is always our first choice. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is well maintained. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a movie with the family, I highly recommend Cinemark! 🍿🎬😊

  Great seats and amazing audio. Decent snack selection but if you show up to the first showing of the day you won't be able to get hot dogs which sucks if you missed breakfast to get the first showing. Great customer service though

  Didn't get a utensil with my side salad but everything else was cool... including the part where i was about an hour erly for the movi i was watching and just sat in silence for that time.

  Comfortable seats. A huge selection of foods to choose from. They also have a bar. For foods. You can order it to your seat in the app or you can go get it and go back to your seats. Sound quality was spot on. Picture was not blurry at all
