- JOJoshua OrtizAug 4, 20261.0My girlfriend and I hadn't been to the movies since we started dating two months ago, and we'd been looking forward to the new Spider-Man for weeks. We finally took a day off to go see it. The movie itself was great, but the service completely ruined the experience. I spent $96, including an online food order with seat delivery. Our food was 45 minutes late, and when it finally arrived, they only brought about half of what we ordered. I asked the employee where the rest of our food was, and he said he'd bring it right away. We thanked him and waited. Another 30 minutes passed before someone else came with only part of the missing order. I asked again about the rest, including the most expensive item, and was told it was coming. It never did. By the time the movie ended, we still hadn't received everything we paid for, and no one offered a refund or even an apology. Spending nearly $100 and not getting what you paid for is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I won't be recommending this theater or coming back.

Sound is good, picture is good... the theater rooms are always clean, and comfy..... I'm frankly spoiled by the generously large recliner seats here 😂 Staff is always super pleasant and friendly. I'm glad to see this location still sticking around thru this lackluster streaming era...... 🍿 📽️
