  Went for a field trip and it was okay, laser tag, arcade, twist and shout was all good. when we got outside we went on the flip ride once and it was scary but fun, so we wanted to go again on it and this lady with braids operating it went to the patriot plunge and said she would operate the ride again after that one turn. We waited 25 minutes for her to not come back as she looked us dead in the eyes and operated the other ride even when adults asked her. The rock climbing and sky walk was closed which was a bummer. I ordered dippin dots but as a kid i only had 5 bucks it said $4.75 but it was 6.25, the lady working there was very kind and said it was all good even after an adult offered to pay! Overall it was alright, wish that more stuff was open like the fun slide, batting cage, sky walk, and rock climbing.

  I came up on a Monday with my 3 kids to beat the heat for the 20 dollars passes and nothing was open. So disappointed with this. Don’t provide a sale like this and not have the attractions open. Even the bowling cost extra. I will not be coming back. I have great memories of Funland at other locations and things were open. I hope they get the stuff in order. Okay now getting my pissed off just spent 15 dollars on slurpees and the machine is broken what is going on with this place!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Funland was an amazing experience! The park was clean, the rides were well-maintained, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere was. The food was good, the wait times were reasonable, and everything was organized really well. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Funland to anyone looking for a fun day out!

  I drove 2 hours from Harrisonburg to take my son (3yr) on an adventure here at funland. It was a place I went to as a child and had many fond memories, and I absolutely was not disappointed! All the rides and attractions was up and operationable. Every single one of the staff was amazing and extremely kind and explained every question I had beautifully. We ended up spending 5 hours all together at funland and we definitely plan on coming back and making more incredible memories. I just want to say I'm so thankful fun land has continued to survive and thrive! Definitely worth it

  I visited Fun Land with my children on June 14, 2026. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. During my visit, I found the interaction at the customer service desk to be less welcoming than expected. I felt that the pass options were not explained clearly, which made it difficult to understand the available choices. When I asked questions, I did not feel that I received the level of assistance I expected as a customer. As a family entertainment venue, Fun Land should provide friendly, patient, and helpful customer service. A positive attitude and clear communication can make a big difference in a family’s experience. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve the customer experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns
