  Great place with updated food options. New mobile ordering ahead so I can grab and go to the theatre, skipping the line. The chairs just don’t lean far back enough.

  It’s extremely unfortunate because this theater is actually one of my absolute favorites in the area. However, it’s becoming very concerning that complaints about mice being spotted in the auditoriums appear to have gone unresolved for over a year. I recently went to see a film and unfortunately saw a mouse in Auditorium 1. What’s even more concerning is that I previously reported seeing mice last year in Auditorium 10. At this point, they’ve apparently been spotted on both ends of the theater, which makes it seem like this is an ongoing issue that hasn’t been properly addressed. For a theater that has otherwise been one of the better options in the area, it’s disappointing to continue seeing the same issue. Hopefully, management takes these complaints seriously and brings in a professional exterminator to properly address the problem rather than continuing to send the same generic responses telling customers to contact customer support. I really hope they resolve this before it starts driving away loyal customers. I would hate to see a theater I genuinely enjoy lose its reputation over an issue that should have been addressed by now.
