  We hosted our daughter's graduation party at Outside the Box and it was an absolute success! The space was clean, spacious, and kept our group comfortable the entire time. The management team was incredibly easy to work with and helped make sure our setup went smoothly. We were also surprised with a special gift from the owner. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate! Thank you Outside the Box.

  Outside the Box is an excellent venue for hosting a party! The décor was absolutely breathtaking, and she brought my vision to life perfectly. From the beautifully decorated tables with elegant glass centerpieces to the balloons and the amazing photo stand (hit of the party), every detail was stunning. I can’t say enough great things about Gee and her staff. They handled everything, including the setup and breakdown of the room, which made the entire experience completely stress-free and enjoyable.   If you’re looking for the perfect event space, I highly recommend Out of the Box in Chester, VA! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing. The customer service was top tier, communication was professional and timely, and the attention to detail was unmatched. The venue itself was beyond beautiful! Classy, elegant, and literally decorated to perfection. Everything was set up so beautifully that it felt like walking into a luxury event experience. You can truly tell they take pride in what they do. Not only was the space drop-dead gorgeous, but their time management, hospitality, and overall service made the entire event stress-free and enjoyable. They exceeded expectations in every way possible. 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book again. If you’re searching for a venue for birthdays, celebrations, baby showers, bridal events, or special occasions, Out of the Box is definitely the place to book!

  We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mrs. Jeannie and her team at Outside the Box Event Venue for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly accommodating. We shared the trail ride theme and the invitation, and she truly brought the entire vision to life. Every detail was beautifully executed and exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was her staff. They were on hand the entire time, making sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. We literally did not have to lift a finger. From serving our guests to cutting the cake and distributing all of the treats, they handled everything with professionalism and care. This allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration and focus on making memories with our family. We are beyond grateful for the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience. If you are looking for a venue and team that will not only meet your expectations but exceed them, Outside the Box Event Venue is the place to go.
