  This play is a hot mess they don't even know when movie coming we call they told it be posted Tuesday we get up on the website still only 3 movies we call they told us to look tomorrow I mean do yall believe in putting movie up be for people pulling to watch some people like to pre-order there tickets to beat the crowd but this believe having everyone show up the same time..

  Facilities were very clean. Online ticket purchasing made the experience quick and easy to get seats ahead of time. Seating was very comfortable. The arm rests lift which make it easy to bring young children who want to be near their parents. Plenty of leg room for those over 6ft tall.

  As a first-time guest at this theater, I left feeling disappointed with my experience. My sister and I attended the late showing of “Drama” at 10:55 PM on 4/8. Upon entering, I was initially impressed by the facility, as it appeared clean and well-maintained. I asked a staff member for the location of the restroom and was appropriately directed. However, after exiting the restroom, we returned to the lobby area and found no staff present at the ticket podium to scan or verify tickets—neither upon our arrival nor afterward. Having already purchased our tickets online, we proceeded toward our assigned theater once we located it ourselves. At that point, three employees approached and questioned my sister about our tickets in a manner that felt unnecessarily aggressive and uncoordinated. The interaction was uncomfortable, and the tone and attitude of one staff member in particular were unprofessional. If late showings are offered, there should be consistent staff coverage at the ticket podium to prevent situations like this. Proper organization and communication among staff would have avoided this negative experience. Unfortunately, this interaction alone was enough to deter me from returning. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
