Half of the good rides were either out of service or constantly malfunctioning. My son was refused permission to ride the car attraction by himself, even though the height checker at the entrance clearly showed he was tall enough to ride alone. I offered to ride with him instead, but despite several empty cars sitting there, we were told to wait for the next round. By that point, my son's mood was completely ruined.
To make things even worse, every single height checker gave a different result. What an absolute joke. It's beyond incompetent.
The wristband scanners constantly failed to read the codes, so the kids couldn't even play the attractions together. Most of the attractions that actually worked were just cheap carnival-style scam games designed to squeeze more money out of people.
And the atmosphere? Completely unacceptable. Mothers were walking around everywhere drinking cups of beer, and the employee at the front desk was busy making out with another employee and chatting instead of doing her job, leaving us standing there waiting.
This was one of the worst family entertainment experiences I've ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Came here to have fun with my teenager. We were from out of town. I loved the zipline and climbing area it was so much fun for all ages even I was partaking in the fun. Definitely a great asset to this business. My daughter liked the go carts and the Lazer tag. We did go during the week so there was no wait for anything and we loved that.
The pain points...some of the game machines need tender, love, care or repair. I think if they invest in the functionality of their acade machines this place would be so much more desirable from a customer point of view. Their were so many times the games would scan our card but wouldn't play. I will say this the staff is so kind and did give us refunds when the machines took our money. They do seem to care about the place but that was a pain point as a customer. Also my daughter's wrist band wouldn't scan for any of the activities so that was a nuisance but once again the staff was kind and handle it. Due to the staff being kind and the zipline, go cart and lazer Tage I give this place a 4/5 but if u just wanna do the arcade then I would say it's like 3 or 3.5. Either way we made the best out it and had so much fun!

The experience was meh the climbing course was overpriced, the games were overpriced and gave little to no tickets, and the ticket worker wasnt there to help reddem our tickets.

Its very expensive for how unorganized the employees make it. For every attraction that was "able to climb" they gave zero instruction to the kids, it took forever to get anyone to strap up my daughter for her to do the wall climb even tho they have 6 employees in there i would NOT come again.
