  Every time I attend this location, all the employees are so kind. Taryn and Tau in particular were extremely helpful. They were both so kind to help me and had such great attitudes about being at the theater! I certainly recommend this location if you’re in the area!

  Been going here for about 15+ years and it's always been a solid theater. Good atmosphere, doesn't get too crowded overall compared to some theaters. Their seats are comfortable and prices aren't too bad, especially on Tuesdays. The lobby, for some reason, always feels chaotic, even during slow times. Not sure if it's their setup or what, but it always feels a bit frenetic compared to other theaters.

  The lobby is nice. The theater auditoriums are always too hot. Saw a movie tonight and had the worst popcorn I have ever had at a theater. There was more partially popped pieces with full kernels. This resulted in a lot of wasted popcorn. The highlight is the staff, they are friendly and helpful.

  I’m very disappointed with the service I received from the lady at the counter, Sofia, who was assisting with the food and drinks. When I provided my rewards number, I specifically asked if I had any available points and whether I could use them as credit toward my purchase. She told me that she was not allowed to do so and that there was nothing showing on my account. However, this is not correct. I regularly use my rewards points at other theaters, including the locations in West Valley, Sandy, and South Salt Lake, without any issues. I understand that there may be certain policies or procedures employees have to follow, but the information I was given was clearly inconsistent with my previous experiences at your other locations. If I have a rewards account and accumulate points, I should be able to use those benefits according to the program’s terms. It was especially frustrating because I was simply asking for assistance, and instead of checking further or explaining the situation properly, I was told that it was not possible. This left me feeling dismissed and extremely disappointed. I hope management can look into this situation, clarify what happened with my rewards account, and make sure customers receive accurate information and consistent service at all locations.

  Came to Cinemark Jordan Landing to see Spider-Man: Brand New Day and left feeling like I had just experienced cinema history. The movie was fire, the seats were comfy, and the extra butter on the popcorn was so aggressive I’m pretty sure Spider-Man himself would’ve needed a napkin. Absolutely drowned that popcorn like it owed them money. 10/10 experience. Would willingly spend another $40 just to watch Spider-Man while consuming an irresponsible amount of butter. Truly a wonderful movie, I don’t even know if I’m rating the movie or the theatre at this point but I loved it all.
