  Favorite movie theater to got to mainly because the seats are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, the theaters are clean, and the popcorn has never disappointed me here.

  I like 16th Cinemark theater because they all always nice & very clear inside the movies theater & I love the recliner chair it so comfortable sometimes I fall sleep while I enjoy watching the movie lol

  My son bad case of food poisoning after eating chicken strips from them recently so avoid eating them.chicken tend to give more food poisoning if they are not handled properly .talk to the manager what happened she giving me very cold vibes never once apologized to me instead she told me we handled our food very well and ask me what can I do I told her you need to talk to staff in better food handling and make sure no kids suffer like my son then she precedes to say she will talk to the staff who handles food.again no apology for making my son sick but the movie was good .

  Last week I went to the theater and the seats we were given wouldn’t move. When we got an employee to help we were told “butter probably got into the button so you have to press really hard”. After asking for help and the chair still not moving we were given a free movie pass voucher. But they can’t be used online and can only be used in person so even though we got to the movie early there were no seats left together for 2 people. I decided to leave and call later to ask for help with a later show but was instead the representative working tonight said she couldn’t do anything.

  The plus sized worker with a grey buzzcut and brown eyes was very rude when we tried to buy a ticket to the movie Girls Like Girls. They did not allow my younger sister to buy a ticket because apparently the movie is rated R. This was understandable but after explaining that I am 20 years old and am taking her with me they still did not allow us in. Her dad is out of town and gave us specific permission to see the movie. When we asked if we could have her dad give permission in front of them they still refused us. We asked if he could FaceTime even for permission. They were incredibly rude and dismissive of us, glaring and using a mocking tone, likely because we are both young women and wanted to see an LGBTQ movie. I’ve never felt so disrespected before, we had to waste gas money to go to a different theater. By the way this is one person, we are just using they as the pronoun cause we can’t tell what they identify as.
