  I love this theater, I come here once a week! There’s a spider web in theater 4 that you can faintly see on the screen. Other than that it’s great!

  We went to mid day showing of the new Spiderman movie. Even in the smaller auditorium, The seats were nice and seemed well taken care of. No sticky floors or popcorn everywhere. I enjoyed my time

  Absolutely terrible experience at this Cinemark. I purchased my tickets online, was charged, and had a receipt showing the purchase, but the tickets never actually showed up properly. I brought the issue to the employee at the front and explained exactly what happened. Instead of trying to fix the problem or refund a purchase I could clearly prove I made, she simply refused to refund me. Having a receipt apparently means absolutely nothing here. Then, to make the experience even worse, another employee named Gustavo refused to let me into the movie because he said I didn’t look 18. There was no attempt to actually help resolve anything, no reasonable customer service, and no effort to deal with the fact that I had already paid money for tickets. I basically paid Cinemark for the privilege of standing in the lobby arguing about tickets I had already purchased. The whole situation was handled with an unbelievable lack of professionalism and basic customer service. If there is an issue with an online purchase, apparently your options here are to lose your money and then be treated like you’re the problem for asking them to fix it. I would seriously recommend going to another theater. I have no interest in giving this location any more money after how poorly this was handled.
