  Great theater. Very reasonable matinee pricing. Popcorn/soda pricing is insane, but I've come to expect that. The movie ran without any issues or hiccups, on time.

  The drink machines were working, the ice was cold and the popcorn was fresh. What more could you want? May I also add that the seats were comfortable with the ability to heat your tushy. The only downside is that the traffic in the area is a beast, but that's not Cinemarks fault.

  My wife and I went to see the new Spider-Man movie in XD. Unfortunately, someone in the theater was wearing very strong cologne, which caused my wife to need her inhaler. When that didn’t help, we ended up having to leave the movie early. We spoke with management afterward, and they were very kind and understanding. They gave us vouchers to come back another time, which we really appreciated. We were also told that the vouchers could be used for an XD showing, but when we looked at them afterward, they say they aren’t valid for XD. That was a little disappointing since we had paid extra specifically to see the movie in XD. Overall, we appreciated how management handled the situation and were grateful they gave us vouchers. I just wish the vouchers covered the same type of showing we originally paid for.

  "Customer Service" is a loop wherein, no matter when I call, their "unusually high call volume" loops me endlessly to their AI that is no help. I even tried calling the corporate number and was re-routed to their AI. They have been deducting a monthly fee from my credit card even though I'm no longer a Member, and there's no way to contact anyone about my Membership. That's all I'm trying to do. Impossible to speak to a human being. Wouldn't even mind working with their AI if it allowed me to cancel my membership. Worst, most frustrating Customer Service Experience EVER.

  TLDR: have kids play at the awesome park outside. bring some water and snacks and eat those outside before the movie. Good seating in the theater! Concessions are pricey ($10 for a large popcorn and $4 for a bottle of water feels bad to me, though I know that is th price everywhere). Bathrooms looked well kept to me, theater seats are comfy and powered plenty of room to side shuffle by when people's chairs are fully reclined. I LOVE that there's a decent small park out front for kids to get their wiggles out after the car ride. The park is on the south, so a bit hot in the summer, but likely pleasant during cooler months. Slide is metal, but is a complete tube, so less likely to burn the little ones. While the park itself is shaded, much of the seating nearby is not; the nearby turf is likewise unshaded, but that is not much of a drawback. The chairs next to the park are large and fairly comfy for outdoor chairs. There's also a fountain nearby that does light shows with music sometimes (I think this is only during darker hrs, or perhaps only on the hour, was outside before movie for about 20 mins while it was light and never heard music, after the movie it was getting dark and music was playing and it was 6 minutes past the hour)
