  The food staff was the WORST I've ever came across in any theater. The prices are double than other locations and the nachos had cold cheese. $42 for 2 nachos 2 drinks 1 hotdog and 1 bag of candy. Then other people brought a 2-3year old baby in a R rated movie with their own food and allowed the baby to walk all over the place during the movie. On top of that they wouldn't be quite and talked throughout the whole movie. Don't ever plan on going back to this location and worried all the Cinemark's will be as bad as this one. Seat's were comfortable but at the expense of not being able to enjoy the movie I payed to watch. In total I spent around $100 for the worst movie experience I've ever had. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE MYSELF!

  kay, the worker was really mean to me and my friends when we came in to watch the backrooms movie, she was very disrespectful to me and my friends and created a huge problem out of something that could have been handled very easy, she was giving us snarky comments, all because we were not 17 and trying to see a rated R movie, the place didn’t give us any warning about needing to be 17 when buying the tickets and then she freaked out and started yelling at us and even almost trespassed one of us because of it an wouldn’t give him a refund. if i could give 0 stars i would. i will never be coming back, i would rather drive a extra 10 minutes for megaplex that has better seats and a cooled room thats not 80 degrees. do not recommend thanks kay!

  Our movie theater was BOILING the entire time, we got their early and on a 55 degree day it was still hot when it was just a handful of people in the theater, and when it was full it was disgustingly hot.

  Really disappointing experience. The seats were tiny and smelled dirty, and the screen felt too small for how high the seating went. Tickets and food were overpriced more than Cinemark Orem and we had to walk forever to get there. Not worth it and won’t be back.

  Jason is a heaven sent human being it’s 9:20 PM Sunday night May 17 a beautiful woman invites me over for a movie night. The only catch is I need to DoorDash popcorn but in the speedy checkout, I forgot to add extra butter could have been the ultimate blunder frantically I call Cinemark in Spanish Fork, only to hear the charming voice of Jason. I say, sir I’ve just ordered a DoorDash popcorn and I forgot to add extra butter throughout immediately. he understood the assignment said do not worry and have no fear for your popcorn Will be safe with Jason here. Nearly in tears I thanked him and he just said it’s all part of the job. Truly my hero thank you Jayson.
