- SDSeth DavisOct 13, 20261.0Please go to any other movie theater in the Utah Valley if you want a good experience at the movies!!! When I went to buy my drink, I specifically asked the worker which types of drinks would allow a refill. I bought the large because they told me I could get a refill on large drinks only. When it was time to get my refill, I had to argue with 4 different employees for a REFILL on a drink I paid $6.72 for because they only offer refills on "specific" drinks. I got an ICEE, and they told me that ICEE refills were not available. After I explained that I was told I could get a refill as long as it was a large drink, they asked me to point to the employee who told me that??? After missing 5 minutes of my movie (the plot for the entire movie was laid out in those crucial 5 minutes that I missed), the employee said I would either have to pay for another drink or throw it out. I gave it to him, and he threw it out with such a feeling of accomplishment as though that ICEE would have cost him his entire biweekly paycheck. They wouldn't even let us get a fountain drink refill... Cinemark, do you care more about stopping the apparent "atrocity" of a refill on a $7 drink a customer paid for, or the customer being treated fairly? Today, your answer to that question was clear.
