  Cinemark is always good to watch movies with re liner seats. The sound quality is too good. The snacks options are very good. They maintain clean environment and highly recommended for any movie lovers. They had plenty of parking and which was nearby the theater. Staff are very friendly and helpful and answered my questions very patiently. They do have membership and one of my friends told it was good if you watch atleast 1 to 2 movies in a month. Overall nice place to relax and watch movies and forget ourselves for few hours.

  The front desk girl was friendly but forgot to give us our 3D glasses for our movie. There were only two people behind the food court counter during an evening rush. There wasn't much if a selection for food or candy and our food tasted re-heated and stale rather than freshly put in as they said that is what the wait was for. The movie was great but the experience of the theater not so much.

  It is the cinema that is closest to my house in Cottonwood Heights. Its style is different and unique because it retains its antiquity. The only thing I don’t like are the seats that where you rest your head is too high and forward and you end up with neck pain after 2 or more hours sitting and it’s so uncomfortable that you start looking for a more comfortable position and even carrying a small pillow to avoid pressure on the neck, so you don’t know whether to go see a movie 🍿 or stay at home 🏠

  Bass is low fidelity. The Bass was so garbled that the Thunder wasn’t even discernible as thunder. Boomy, Muddy, lacking extension and fidelity. The seat cushions were also longer than my legs, and I’m taller than most patrons. I overheard another shorter patron complain their legs had fallen asleep. They are plush but poorly sized, the long bottom seat made back support impossible. One patron was even curled in their seat, likely for the same reason. The rows were spacious, and one could easily walk to the bathroom, which is a plus. The rows were not clearly marked, which resulted in seating confusion. I never actually found the row markers. Tickets were a printed receipt, a bisphenol A exposure risk, especially if you are eating popcorn with your fingers. The lobby was unceremonious, it felt like hallways rather than open space, kind of like cattle fencing. But not too bad, but also not celebrated or exalted. As good as most places. Carpets were good. Visuals were a bit washed out, but such is projection black levels. Beverage options were poor. But typical. My rating is a relative score based on the potential a movie theater can and should achieve in the modern era. I would opt to go elsewhere because the sound is inadequate, and the seats miss the mark. Bass is low fidelity.
