  I honestly thought that the theater was a bit run down, especially with how well kept the mall is. Very small theaters that haven't been maintained, the concession food at the theater was horrible, including the popcorn and the staff wasn't really friendly or inviting. I'd stick to my regular theater going forward.

  6.17.26 Used the app to buy tickets to Disclosure Day, got XL popcorn and refilled on the way home. They need to change their popcorn options so you font have to pay do much money each time you go to a movie. Buy a bucket first then only charge a nominal fee for refills. The movie was nothing to write home about. Disappointing that it wasn't more about E.T. and his friends.

  this one girl helped my mom and family out, when we were checking out at concessions. we have a big family and i understand how that can be hectic/irritating when we’re all trying to get snacks and there’s a billion items and people. but i’ve also worked and still work in customer service and the attitude she gave us over it was not great nor necessary when we were literally just trying to get concessions lol. other than that, the other workers were great and the service was good.

  Cinemark is awesome! Although, I hate how expensive the concessions are though. I spend almost double my ticket price on concessions even when movie club.

  We avoid this theater due to their “convenience fees” for buying tickets online. Other than the small theater with sound quality that is sub par, it’s nice and clean…the employees are nice.
