  Theater pretty good. No self-serve station to butter your popcorn. A couple if less than helpful teenage employees. Will return to see if the experience is any different/better!

  Seats not super comfy. Popcorns was super stale and tasted bad. Had to just throw it away. Movie was good. Screen was good.

  Me and a couple of friends attended cinemark in Draper to watch a movie and the attitude I received was beyond unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated. I got HALF of my refunds for tickets after a small inconvenience and NO refund for food. The lady at the front (apparently the manager) was totally unprofessional and speaked to me in the most condescending attitude towards children too. I don’t get how this girl is the manager if she can’t handle adult situations professionally. I will never be coming back and neither will my other 7 friends that came with me too.

  Me and my friends went to see obsession. They did not let us in because we didn’t have our IDs and so she gave us a refund on the tickets but not the drinks or food. She was very disrespectful and unkind to us and she was the manager and was staring at my friend with dirty looks. We spent $40 each on food and drinks and she gave us no refund with a condescending tone, mood, and voice. I will NEVER be going to cinemark ever again after this terrible and unprofessional experience and interaction.

  We love this theater. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. My daughter fell going up the stairs during a movie and a couple of nice ladies that work there gave us a bag of ice and made sure she was ok.
