  Been coming here for maybe 15 years. Found out today that the middle center rows have been designated as "premium seating" with little to no upgrades... no thanks, I didn't need another reason not to go to the theater. If its not IMAX, its not worth watching in the theater anymore. If its IMAX, Megaplex does it better, and has less offensive trailers... and actual food. RIP AMC

  It great, amazing, the staff were super nice, and everything was clean. However I watched a late movie, and it looked like staff were ready to leave as everything was shut down, and we had to cross several barriers to leave, can't say I blame them, but when crossing barriers, we feel out of place.

  No drinking fountains, but everything else was great. They do have an arcade, so that's cool.

  Lovely seating, good sound quality, and a great overall experience. One thing that isn't so great is that there are two women's restrooms where the theaters are but if you want to go to the men's restroom you have to go out of the hall, past the ticket vendor to the main lobby where the bathroom is. This is really inconvenient and out of the way expecially if you have to go to the bathroom during the show. That isn't to mention that there's a chance the ticket vendor doesn't let you back in although that hasn't happened to me yet. Besides this it's a good theater and I would like to give it 5 stars but I really can't with the bathroom situation.

  The theater is consistently clean, the staff is welcoming, and the snacks are great. However, the sound system at the American Fork location is noticeably weaker than at other Cinemark theaters like Riverton, Draper, Jordan Landing, and University. Those locations deliver a much better experience for action movies, which is why we tend to choose them instead. This has been an ongoing issue since the American Fork theater opened. For comedies or films where sound isn’t as critical, though, this theater works just fine.
