  We really like this Cinemark! It’s usually not too busy, the reclining seats are comfortable, and the temperature inside is always just right.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely praise Saige for the exceptional customer service and professionalism she consistently demonstrates at Cinemark\. It is not often that you come across an employee who genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of, but Saige is exactly that kind of employee\. From the moment I interacted with Saige, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional\. She has a very welcoming personality and creates an atmosphere that makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated\. Even during what can be extremely busy and stressful periods at a movie theater, Saige maintains a positive attitude and treats everyone with the same level of kindness and respect\. Her ability to remain composed, attentive, and helpful during busy situations really stands out\. What impressed me most was how attentive Saige was to the details of the customer experience\. She didn’t simply do the minimum required of her position; she made an effort to ensure that everything was handled properly and that customers were satisfied\. She was approachable, listened carefully, and made it clear that she genuinely cared about helping\. That kind of attitude can make a huge difference in someone’s experience at a theater\. Saige also represents Cinemark extremely well\. She is professional in the way she communicates, hardworking in the way she handles her responsibilities, and consistently friendly toward the people around her\. Employees like Saige are a major part of what makes customers want to return\. A movie theater experience is about much more than simply watching a movie, and having employees who provide this level of service makes the entire experience more enjoyable\. I also want to recognize Saige for her work ethic\. She appears to take pride in what she does and approaches her responsibilities with a great attitude\. Even when things are hectic, she continues to be respectful and helpful rather than allowing the stress of the environment to affect how she treats customers\. That level of professionalism deserves recognition\. Overall, Saige is an outstanding employee and a wonderful representative of Cinemark\. Her kindness, professionalism, patience, and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly stand out\. I hope her hard work is recognized and appreciated by management because employees like Saige are incredibly valuable\. She deserves to know that her efforts do not go unnoticed and that the positive attitude she brings to work genuinely makes a difference\.   I had such a great experience at Cinemark, and I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize Brooklyn for being such an amazing employee! From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She made the experience feel welcoming and enjoyable, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about making sure customers had a great time. Brooklyn was so patient and attentive, and she made everything feel easy and comfortable. Whether she was helping with questions, making sure everything was taken care of, or simply being friendly and positive, she went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. It’s employees like her who can make such a difference in someone’s movie theater experience. I really appreciated her professionalism and the way she treated everyone with kindness and respect. She had such a positive attitude, and it was clear that she takes pride in her work. Even though going to the movies is something people do all the time, having an employee like Brooklyn can make the experience feel extra special. Cinemark is lucky to have someone like her on their team! She represents the theater so well, and I hope her hard work and kindness are recognized because she truly deserves it.   I’m actually so disgusted and appalled by this place. Came in to see a movie a few week ago and one of the employees was crying their eyes out. Like fully having a mental breakdown and NONE OF THE STAFF CARED. They literally just ignored this person and or brushed them off. They were completely distraught. I’ve never seen an employee in so much obvious mental pain be completely ignored by other staff. If you can’t even take care of your own employees how am I supposed to expect you to take care of me? Absolutely horrendous behavior. I really hope that kid wasn’t suicidal or anything. Can’t imagine what an employer treating you like that does to your mental health.

  I love all the cinemarks. I am a member of the movie club I've got platinum membership and I get great discounts on things and extra points for stuff all the time. Plus a free movie ticket every month and because I'm a platinum member I get a 25% discount on concessions
