  We used to love this theatre. We recently started taking my daughter to the movies and the two times that we have been here our theatre room was hot no A/C very uncomfortable. We brought our blankets because it used to be cold but no. I thought it was a fluke the first time but its been both times. Also, everything cost more now and the experience has not gotten any better. The workers all look like they hate it there and the people working the concession need better training. Unhappy workers and consistent bad reviews usually points to a management problem. I feel like this place will not last long if they do not fix the issues.

  Love this cinema. It's the only place I go for movies. All staff have been friendly and helpful. Last time I went, I suddenly felt very hot about 30 minutes into the film. I thought I was getting ill with a sudden fever. I reached behind my back, and the seat was extremely hot. The person's seat next to me was normal. I went outside and got a counter person who entered the theater with me. He showed me a set of red lights on the side of the seat that was a heat control I didn't know about. Apparently, someone before me turned it on high!! He turned it off and I was so happy I could finish the movie instead of leaving. BTW, Odysseus is excellent...go see it!!!

  Great theater but don't get a front row seat because you can't see the whole screen without moving your head around. There shouldn't even be seats in that row because its too close. Don't go hungry unless you like pre-made pizza.

  Good stock of pizza and nachos. Although, they kept the lights full on during the previews so we did not get to enjoy them because they were faded by all the light.

  This movie theater is awful. It is so awful that we are going to try a new movie theater in Texas City. Roaches fly at you. Some theaters are freezing. The ticket kiosks dont work. Now they dont allow senior tickets. I would give this theater no stars. A bad incident happened May 1st and 8. May 1st incident happened with rude people. May 8th incident happened because of incompetent Cinemark. They need to make signs everywhere in the theater saying no talking during movie and silence your cellphones ASAP. I saw the Michael Jackson movie. Behind me were 3 extremely rude old people. They talked throughout the entire movie. Their cellphone rang loud in the theater. I was angry by this rude nonsense. When movie was over and the lights were on, I stood up, turned around and stared at them for like 10 seconds. I was a very angry. I can't put up with that when I'm trying to enjoy a movie. This theater was even more stupid and enraging. We ordered 3 seats. Only 2 were in the theater. There was a problem with these European sounding people's seats too. The European people got treated better than us. They got comfortable seats at the top. Our 3rd person had to sit in the uncomfortable detox seat. Life is unfair for us. I was enraged.
