    I had a disappointing experience at this Cinemark location. I ordered an extra-large popcorn and was told I could get a refill. When I came back for a second refill, the employee said refills are only allowed once, which is not what I was told before. I visit the cinema often and usually get refills without this issue. The employee was not helpful and was a bit rude when explaining it. I hope management can clarify the refill policy and improve customer service.

    This is my go to place for watching movies, however I like to watch my movies without a side of mouses. This place serves food and there are rodents living under the seats, this is a sanitary issue and needs to be addressed immediately. This morning watching the new movie Hokum, 4 times did a tiny little mouse and his buddy come out from underneath the seat. That is disgusting and truly unacceptable. For the price of tickets and food, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. For a major theater chain like Cinemark, there’s no excuse for this.

    I would give this theater no stars. A bad incident happened May 1st and 8. May 1st incident happened with rude people. May 8th incident happened because of incompetent Cinemark. They need to make signs everywhere in the theater saying no talking during movie and silence your cellphones ASAP. I saw the Michael Jackson movie last night. Behind me were 3 extremely rude old people. They talked throughout the entire movie. Their cellphone rang loud in the theater. I was angry by this rude nonsense. When movie was over and the lights were on, I stood up, turned around and stared at them for like 10 seconds. I was a very angry. I can't put up with that when I'm trying to enjoy a movie. This theater was even more stupid and enraging. We ordered 3 seats. Only 2 were in the theater. There was a problem with these European sounding people's seats too. The European people got treated better than us. They got comfortable seats at the top. Our 3rd person had to sit in the uncomfortable detox seat. Life is unfair for us. I was enraged.

    As someone who regularly visits this theater and pays for a membership, this experience was extremely disappointing. I came in with my family to relax, de-stress, and enjoy a movie in the morning. While sitting down to eat, I saw a mouse run out from under my seat. That is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that serves food and is supposed to provide a clean, comfortable environment. This situation raises serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. I expect much better from a theater I’ve consistently supported. I would appreciate this being addressed immediately, along with a response on how this will be handled moving forward.

    I went to the 2 PM showing of The Devil Wears Prada 2 and was so excited because my husband had ordered me the themed handbag popcorn container ahead of time. I went straight to concessions, put it on the counter, and asked if they could fill it along with my drink. The assistant manager lady immediately says, “I can’t fill that.” I’m like, “What?” She says again, “I can’t fill that. Where did you get that from?” I told her, “I ordered it.” She goes, “Yeah, but where did you get it from?” At this point I’m confused, so I repeat myself: “I ordered it online. My husband had it shipped to our house. I’m just trying to get it filled with popcorn.” She again asks where I got it from and then says, “I can’t sell that to you.” Like… WHAT?? Then she says I can buy a regular popcorn and fill it myself. By now I’m already annoyed and just want to get to my seat, so I order a medium popcorn and a drink. After I pay, grab my stuff, and move my handbag away from the counter, she suddenly goes, “Do you want me to fill it for you?” At that point I just looked at her like… no, I’ll do it myself. The whole back and forth made zero sense and completely killed the vibe. I was so irritated I didn’t even end up using the handbag or eating my popcorn. The movie itself was great, but that concessions experience definitely left a bad taste.
