Edit 8/4 in response to contacting your customer service I already have and I am waiting on a response from them, I don't like these automated replies the company gives because it looks like the issues still aren't being fixed.

This guy was cleaning and beating the potential dust off the plants and then used the mop (swiffer sorta thing with a sprayer, not mop and bucket.) And then said excuse me to have me move. He couldn't have waited till I went into the movie in a few mins? Bad customer service. The gal at the ticket area with blue hair was helpful. I was going to watch Supergirl and it was available yesterday and this morning, but she said it wasn't doing well and they have to get ready for Spider-Man on Thursday. If I did buy the ticket online, she let me know that the system would have pushed my ticket to the closest theater. So that was good to know. I talked to her around 10pm and was only sitting for about 10mins before the guy made me feel like I couldn't even wait in a seat, had to stand.
