  Had a great experience at Cinemark today! We went to see Michael (I love Michael), and the fire alarm went off not once, but three times. The manager, Mrs. Driscoll, kept everyone informed and explained it was a false alarm. She gave us the option to leave or stay and wait—we chose to stay, and it was well worth it. Even though we waited about 30 minutes, we were given free movie passes and still got to enjoy the movie all the way through. Huge thank you to Mrs. Driscoll and her team for handling the situation with professionalism and kindness. There were some very upset guests, but they remained patient and respectful throughout. Great customer service!
