Note: I believe 3 stars should be the norm with 5 stars reserved for an outstanding experience or service. I attended a showing of the first Harry Potter movie. My mom is a big fan so I took her here for her birthday. The venue was clean and everything seemed to be well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was expensive but what I would be expecting for a venue such as this. I only got the plain popcorn as we had lunch plans after, and we got a couple drinks so I can't really speak to the quality of the food, I can say the food from the booth next to us smelled really good though. The screen around the movie was very clearly CGI and I would guess A.I. generated but it was well done and lined up well with the movie. If you were focused on the movie it really made it feel much more immersive. I really wished I'd been able to see the Matrix while it was running and I hope they do the rest of the Harry Potter series.

COSM is a prime example of a place that will nickel-and-dime you for every dollar they can get. I bought 4 tickets for Harry Potter and ended up spending well over $300+. The tickets are already expensive enough, so what makes it worse is the added “platform fee.” For what?? I genuinely don’t understand why there needs to be an extra fee on top of an already expensive ticket. It just feels unnecessary and greedy. That being said, the actual COSM experience is great. The visuals are incredible, the atmosphere is immersive, and it’s definitely something I’m glad I got to experience. But is it worth the price? Honestly, no. With how much popularity COSM has gained through social media, I doubt they’ll change anything anytime soon. They clearly know people are willing to pay for the experience. I just want people to know before going in that you will be spending a pretty penny. The ticket price is only part of the cost, so be prepared for the final total to be significantly higher than you might expect.

I really wanted to LOVE this experience because we went to see Harry Potter, and the technology, visuals, and effects were genuinely so cool. That part was impressive and made the experience feel really unique. Unfortunately, the seating was a huge disappointment. We paid for the front couch on the second floor, which is supposed to be “prime seating,” and it was still incredibly uncomfortable. People around us kept getting up and moving around because the seats were that bad. I honestly can’t imagine sitting on the first level. It looked miserable having to look straight up the whole time. The food was disappointing too. We paid $17 for the Harry Potter popcorn and it was so stale that we barely ate it. I was also really looking forward to the themed food options, but most of them were sold as $40ish packages instead of letting you order individual themed snacks. That felt limiting and made the experience more expensive than it needed to be. And the package wasn’t great anyway. That said, I can absolutely see myself enjoying a basketball game here! The immersive screen and atmosphere would probably be really fun for sports. I just don’t think this particular experience was worth the price for us. The concept is SO cool and has a ton of potential. Improve the seating and food quality and this could be an amazing experience.

The movie watching experience is pretty cool. Watched the matrix. Wow blast from the past. Visually so much to see on the sides that they have matched for each scene. Color or scenarywise. So cool and clear and visually entertaining. I will complain about price tho. 2 tickets in row a about the middle view of screen and fees was like 95 dollars to watch the matrix. And then the dinner menu options between 15$ and 40$ . 15$ for a flat bread pizza it was ok.. Flavor chalula honey wings 18$ good tho and fries portion was crazy the mayo dip was pretty good. 18 dollar for a little cocktail movie themed. Ok I guess.. but need a little more alcohol in it really. I picked booth seating in section 2 row a (row b may be better) in the center kind of theater.. but outer 2 seat booth section is shared couch.. a family of 4 was seated next to us.. the kid was visible uncomfortable on the chair.. it like a couch that is u shaped. Kind of like sitting at a hibachi table.. so those outer seat ppl will be uncomfortable and not facing the screen you have to sit differently from chair back position is.. when you get there youll see... 95$ movie tickets plus 89$ dinner plus tip. Idk if I would want to go often. But the thing that hurt the most! The booth seating! It is so uncomfortable with the short rectangular coffee table size to eat off of đŸ˜« so pick your seats wisely. I think i would have rather sat at a normal table instead or the bar area. You still see the movie screen just not the outer area of the movie screen. Def should try it once for sure for a super special movie date night or cute friend group movie night. Bc tho it was really expensive it was actually visually entertaining aside from the movie itself. But the best deal is probably for sports games they played a trailer of that and it felt like I was seated in the stands close to the players. I would probably come back to watch a game or a fight over a movie.

This evening, my wife took our two daughters, ages 9 and 4, to the Harry Potter experience at Cosm. This was a gift from their grandfather, and something my wife and the girls had been looking forward to for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, the service during the experience was extremely disappointing. Their server was rarely present, and with two young kids simply trying to get drinks and enjoy such a special outing, it became frustrating enough that it really took away from an experience they had been so excited about. My wife mentioned that it was only their server who was absent. Because she had been watching for the server, she noticed how attentive the others were to their guests. My wife is not someone who complains or asks for things to be taken off a bill, but she finally asked to speak with a manager. I would like to thank the manager, Wayne, for his excellent customer service. He listened to her, genuinely cared about what had happened, and handled the situation with an incredible amount of professionalism. We were not looking for free food or drinks, a refund, or anything in return—we simply wanted someone to know how disappointing the experience had been. Without us asking, he refunded the entire visit and provided $200 in credit for our family to come back and give Cosm another chance. That level of customer service deserves to be recognized. One employee may have negatively affected our first experience, but this manager completely changed the way she felt walking out the door. Instead of losing our family as customers, he made us want to come back. My wife said that, although the drinks and food were a little pricey, they were exceptional and worth every penny! Thank you for listening, caring, and going above and beyond for our family. We truly appreciate it, and we look forward to giving Cosm another shot!
