  Took my wife and family to this place to see the new Spiderman movie. I signed up with the Cinemark App and ended up getting some useful perks and stuff. The theater wasn't as crowded for a movie of this magnitude, but I was not complaining cause the crowd was very quiet.

  If the people checking your ticket can clearly see that you just bought a bunch of food from the concession stand right in front of them, why do they still need to search your tiny handbag for candy? It feels like an unnecessary invasion of privacy and shows a concerning lack of discretion. I’ve literally never had this happen at any other movie theater I’ve been to. Sunday, August 23, at approximately 5:20 PM.

  I do not like this Cinemark. The aisles are teeny tiny and the chairs are all ripped up like Freddy Krueger had his way with them. I wasn’t comfy/relaxed in the chairs. Just seems super out dated. And it’s those chairs u have to sit in to keep the seat down 👎 One of the two faucets in the bathroom only spewed super hot water even on the cold setting and the other one was just falling apart lol very janky. I’ll stick with the woodlands Cinemark or the Shenandoah amc. Those are WAY better. I don’t like “complaining” but that’s just my honest review.

  We went to watch the new Spiderman movie and ordered our snacks through the app and it was ready on time and we were excited to watch the movie… until we sat down in our seats 🫩 the chairs are the old school chairs that do not recline and when you lean back, if people have to pass by you’re getting bumped every single time. My chair was broken I think and would only lean back so I got constantly bumped by others and there’s nothing I can do but sit there and take it. For the love of God please change the seats, ain’t no way we’re paying $12-14 for tickets and coming out the movie with scoliosis. Please change this cinemark, every other cinemark in Texas has upgraded, it gets to a point where you just gotta get with the program!!

  I had a highly unpleasant visit to this Cinemark location. The theater itself was uncomfortably hot throughout the entire screening, making it difficult to enjoy the film. Additionally, this location only offers standard, traditional seating rather than the modern recliners found at most other theaters. The seats felt very tight, cramped, and lacked proper support. By the end of a two-hour movie, I was feeling incredibly stiff and sore. Between the poor climate control and the outdated, uncomfortable seating, I will likely look for a different theater for my next movie night.
