  Cory was great help before, throughout, and after the escape room. Was great at keeping the energybup and interacting with my party!

  This was our second visit. We did the Prison Break. It was so much fun! Corey gave us just the right amount of nudges, so we wouldn’t get frustrated. We will definitely be back.

  Was on vacation in Southlake Texas and did the Entrapment escape room. The game master was not paying attention and one of the doors was voice activated. We said the clue "open sesame" for 5 minutes and nothing was happening so we requested a hint. Finally, he told us to use the blacklight and look in the case stating "open sesame", but we notified him we have already completed that at least 5 minutes prior. The game then proceeded in the same manor until we ran out of time. He was giving clues that we have already solved. Horrible experience especially for it being my first time ever doing an escape room and for what it was priced.

  I took my niece and nephew to this yesterday. We had a great time doing the Once Upon A Time escape room, although we were told it was 2 rooms when it turned out to be 3. It was a bit frustrating when we couldn't figure out something and, upon getting a hint, we were still confused and wondering how anybody could figure it out apart from randomly accidentally guessing things correctly. Whatever. We enjoyed it enough that we decided to do The Gift immediately after, which did not go very well. Many times when we asked for a hint, the hint made us feel frustrated that there weren't enough dots to connect the dots with. Sometimes we were even just outright handed the solution, which we never wanted. Worst of all, my niece tried going quickly through the graffiti hallway but due to the needlessly hazardous booby trapped flooring, she unfortunarely fell and hurt her finger really bad. I am not ok with this and won't be able to revisit or recommend the place without at least better precautions about, literally, booby traps and whatever other deliberately placed hazards.
