  We Love Red Door Escape Room. They are challenging and fun. Lilith made our birthday adventure yesterday super special. Highly recommend the entire place and LILITH IS THE BEST GAMEMASTER

  Jordan and Hannah were amazing. Extremely helpful and made our whole experience very enjoyable. The clues were paced at decent intervals without giving too much away. They also helped us with some difficulties we had with the booking at a different location.

  The theme was cool but in the summer time their air-conditioning doesn't work properly so it is very warm while trying to solve these puzzles and that makes for a bad experience. Edited because they reached out and tried to make it right.

  We had a great experience at the escape room! Hannah was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She explained everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and added to the fun of the entire experience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Thanks, Hannah, for making our visit so enjoyable!

  I think the main reason they have you sign a waiver here is because they keep the rooms like a sauna during the summer. I felt too overheated to even play. Not a good experience. Not the best clues, either - e.g., for a five letter lock, they give you a clue that gets you four of the letters, then somehow you're just supposed to guess that the fifth letter is one of the symbols on the lock, which had no connection to the clue. Maybe this wouldn't have annoyed me so much if they weren't trying so hard to skimp on A/C bills that they made the whole experience unpleasantly hot.
