  Would’ve been great expect the fact that the HVAC system was broken in our theater and it was sweltering. There is no reason they should have that auditorium open when it’s almost triple digits.

  We had a nice experience. All of the workers were very friendly. I loved all of the delicious junk food choices. This was my first time here. I had expected little trays attached to the seats to set your food like I've seen at other theaters with the luxury loungers. I was a little bit uncomfortable with how stuffy and warm it was inside the theater room while watching the movie. The air felt stale like there was no circulation. Of course definitely cooler than outside. I do appreciate that it seemed to be clean. I didn't use the restroom but my daughter did and there weren't any complaints so I know those were clean as well. I hope they can do something about the stuffiness. Maybe some filters need to be changed and cleaned or something.

  We love going to this movie theater. The frustrating part is the amount of people that go to the movies just to talk, play on their phones or do whatever comes to their minds to disturb those around them. I wish movie theaters would watch over the theaters more and kick people out for disturbances. With the cost of just going to the movies its a splurge for some folks just to get to go. I would go to the movies more if people would get held accountable !!

  Many seats are tired and renovations are needed. The theater we were in was not clean. Service was just okay. Started out better but when I did tip for the water I took out myself there was an obvious change in demeanor.

  We ordered the popcorn pack that comes with popcorn, 2 drinks and a candy for like $17, but the girl was pretty good at updating and the total somehow became $34.. lol My biggest complaint is the man helping her. He took the cups from her to fill them, but took them by putting his fingers inside the cups... who does that?? As for the theater, it was ok.. clean, from what I could see. The sound was ok, but we were in a standard room, perhaps there might be a better sound quality if they have premium rooms. The picture was crisp and clean. The recliners were not comfortable. Your feet went up and the back went a little bit back, but I've definitely been to other theaters with better recliners.
