  I had the worst experience at this place, it was my wife Birthday and we had a reservation at 7:30pm they send us a text at 7:35 that our table was ready and they make us wait over 50min+ just for us to get a table after the text was send to confirm our table was ready. Once we got our table he had to wait exactly 18 min for the server to say hi to the table and when she got to our table to say hi we had to wait another 5 min after that I ordered a bottle of wine and guess what we had to wait another 5-10 min for her to get the bottle of wine, we ordered appetizers and we got the apps with our food, the complementary bread came like 20 min from the point that we got sat I really didn’t care about the price of the food because I was ready to treat my wife the way she deserve and with that service everything was a mess then once we order the food the my wife was clear with the server she didn’t want mash potato and she ordered asparagus she enter the order on the ticket the right way but she brought the plate with the mash potato that was a kitchen problem I guess then I told her to bring the asparagus OTS so we can start eating cause she was trying to take her plate back to the kitchen. However after all that she came back and said there was no asparagus to the point that we finish our glasses of wine I had to serve my self and her which i didn’t mind doing but i thought since it was a fine-dine in servers were going to be trained properly. One the server brought the check she was charging for the asparagus the hold point is that the view is nice just the service was the worst we never had a manager to check our table to make sure the quality of the service was up to the standard of the restaurant.

  ⭐ My experience at the Tower of the Americas was disappointing due to the excessive costs and poor organization. First of all, I find it absolutely ridiculous and absurd that they charge $20 for parking, especially considering that most visitors are simply coming to see the tower and that admission tickets are already quite expensive. It makes no sense to pay that much just to park your car for the short amount of time it takes to go up, enjoy the view, and come back down. In my opinion, parking should either be included in the admission price or, at the very least, offered at a discounted rate for ticket holders. Charging an additional $20 for such a short visit is completely unreasonable. My second complaint is the terrible organization of the online ticketing system. I had already purchased my tickets online and had the QR codes ready on my phone. However, instead of simply scanning them and allowing me to enter, I was required to stand in an extremely long line just to exchange my digital tickets for a wristband or physical ticket. So, what exactly is the point of purchasing tickets online if you still have to wait in a ridiculously long line and go through an entirely unnecessary process? Not only is this a complete waste of visitors’ time, but it also shows a serious lack of efficiency and organization. On top of that, it’s environmentally irresponsible. If customers already have digital tickets with QR codes, there is absolutely no reason to print additional tickets or distribute wristbands when the codes could simply be scanned directly from their phones. We live in an age where technology should make experiences easier, faster, and more convenient, not more complicated. The tower itself may be an interesting attraction, but the overall visitor experience leaves a lot to be desired. Between the outrageously expensive parking, the admission fees, and the inefficient process for visitors who have already purchased tickets online, there is clearly plenty of room for improvement. A tourist attraction of this importance should provide a much more organized, modern, efficient, and visitor-friendly experience.

  Excellent views of the city! There aren't a lot of places where you can see so far in every direction without an obstacle in sight. It's pretty incredible. I'd definitely recommend coming for sunset. We just went up to Bar 601 which is free to access (no ticket needed!) as long as you buy a few drinks. The seating is limited though, so you might have to stand for a little while until some seats open up. The drinks are fine and inexpensive but nothing special! You're here for the view. We didn't do the 4D theater or dine at the restaurant or anything. There's a paid parking lot, but the street parking on Durango is all free after 6:00 pm and the walk isn't far at all.

  View was breathtaking and the food and services at the restaurant were great! However, after experiencing everything we were brought down by the elevator attendant who joked about having to go up first, from the restaurant. We all laughed, but then she told us ‘it wasn’t a joke, sorry I laughed. But the next time I tell your family to get off and wait you have to listen.’ We were dumbfounded and taken aback as she then instructed us to look out the window and enjoy the view as we awkwardly took the ride down. Large white women, 350+ lbs, not wearing any name tag or badge. This truly shows how an entire experience can be ruined by one employee with a bad attitude.

  Full house for HH on Friday! Angel was the employee who understood the assignment! Busy as she was, she greeted every wave of customers exiting the elevator. She was patient and calm, giving instructions and moving the crowd accordingly. Watched her engage multiple gusts orders at the same time, while also checking quality and remembering what people were drinking. A truly leader in Hospitality. No manager present. Luckily you have an Angel who carries the weight!
